Prompt friendly service. Room was very clean . Enjoyed our stay on both occasions!

When I checked in they give the wrong room my room was pose to be 233 but they give me the key for 233 an I opened the door at 2:30 am and there were some working men in the room ! I only picked this hotel because of the hot tub that was out of order and the camp fire that was also down and not working I need to be com. Or some of my money back from this room very bad experience

They’re doing their best…hotel is aging. Maintenance is lacking, first room the toilet didn’t work, we had to switch rooms because it was late and we didn’t want to wait for maintenance to fix it before bed. Next room we woke up and the thermostat didn’t work anymore luckily the AC was stuck on so we didn’t bake in the florida heat. Staff was great but the hotel is just old.

Very comfortable accommodations. Very clean and assessable hotel. Very quiet. Great property. Hotel staff very friendly and efficient.

Very friendly and obliging staff. This location was the same price as another major hotel chain across the street, and this is far nicer in all areas.

The hotel was very nice I loved it. Even tho I stayed one night it still was very clean and I loved it.

I founded the dirty sheets with hair had not been changed. I had to change rooms and the very kind receptionist apologized

Property is tired and rooms need to be updated. Curtains were broken. The water pressure in the shower was poor. No freezer section of the mini-fridge and the Tv is on the smaller side for hotel room TVs. We weren’t given very many towels despite having a room for 4. There is no main switch to turn on the lights so we had to individually turn on/off. Breakfast offerings were meager and pricey but there are restaurants nearby. On the plus side the beds were comfortable. However we paid quite a lot for a 3 night stay and expected more.

Overall our stay was nice. We enjoyed our room and the location is great. Check-in was super easy and so was check-out. Service at the restaurant/bar was ok. However, our initial visit to out room was not good. My wife mentioned that the shower looked used, that there was water still on the glass. Then when we went to put waters in the fridge, there was an open soda bottle in there. My son had started setting up the pull out bed from the sofa and there were crumbs on it. As if someone ate on the couch and spilled crumbs. When I fully opened the bed there were crumbs in there as well. That was it, I immediately called the front desk and went down to address the issues. The host was nice and appauligetic and set up a new room for us. She then offered me two complimentary items from the little market area. Not really that great of thing really, I grabbed two waters. Our new room was much cleaner. Had we not had plans set up we would have left, even though weve stayed here before and enjoyed it. I wouldn't totally turn away from staying here as the lobby area is nice and clean and overall the room (clean one) was good.
