The location of the hotel was very convenient to what we were doing in Stuart, Fl.
Our check in was less than stellar. When we got there, the hotel clerk insisted that we did not have a reservation. She told us that our reservation number was not from that hotel. She later admitted that she had typed my name incorrectly and switched my last name and first name. I think her name was Nancy.
The room had not been completely cleaned. My wife and I found half eaten crackers in the nightstand drawer next to the Bible. Picture attached.
The towels that were offered at the front desk for use at the pool, were so thin and flimsy that you could see right through them. Each person needed at least 4 towels to dry themselves off.
As a Hilton honors member, I was very disappointed with the level of service offered by the Hampton Inn hotel and suites.
