普瑞米爾曼徹斯特特拉福德北中心飯店(Manchester Trafford Centre Nth)

Lovely hotel and very helpful chap on Reception, but trip spoiled by a large party of Australian Junior footballers running amok, knocking on doors etc. Also did not have internet access due to some fault. This was to be resolved in a couple of hours according to reception, but still had no internet access the following morning. Also soap dispensers in bathroom and shower did not work. Fortunately had our own. Otherwise fine !

This hotel was the worst I’ve ever stayed at. The room was far too hot and we did not sleep, our friends also stayed and had the same problem with their room. When we stayed it was a typical autumn day so was not very hot outside but when you stepped into the bedroom you would have thought you had been transported to the middle of the desert! The staff when we arrived were rude towards us and our children. The following morning we waited an hour before giving up on our prepaid breakfast, staff were not around to ask regarding our food. If you like toast in the morning be sure to pack your own toaster as the hotels didn’t work or take bread up to your room for a few seconds and it will be nicely toasted for you. Staff in the hotel didn’t seem to care if you had a problem but the staff in the bar area were lovely. In short I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone that wants to sleep and have a breakfast in the morning.

Brilliant start to my visit to catch up with some friends, reception was welcoming and helpful with guidance to local amenities. Restaurant very friendly and good service, room was very comfortable and extremely clean, very nice after a long trip, all staff are brilliant and nothing is to much trouble 😀 👍

No Heating in bar or restaurant or rooms. No hot water in our rooms to wash bath or shower. Toilets floor in ladies was sticky and dirty. Chairs in the bar and restaurant were filthy. A very tired hotel

Lovely hotel within walking distance of the Trafford Centre & metro. Staff were helpful & friendly. Room was quiet & clean. Handy restaurant attached to building.

Comfortable and clean , restaurant could do with a refurb but food was good , excellent location , just across the road from trafford centre , a bit of a distance to walk to safely cross but wasn’t an issue , beds were comfy and clean , room was very warm and we couldn’t seem to cool it -this wouldn’t be great in summer , otherwise great would go back

From checking in to leaving Thomas on reception was extremely helpful/friendly and very likeable. All was as you would expect from a Premier Inn. Although situated on a main road, we never heard a thing in room 2. Walking distance to the Trafford Centre.

This was our second stay at the hotel. On arrival Thomas on reception recognised us immediately. What a great guy he is, friendly, welcoming and nothing is too much trouble, excellent customer service from him from start to finish! The hotel itself is not the most modern premier inn but it’s clean and comfortable with plenty of parking, a pub next door and a short distance to the Trafford centre itself. You do have to cross over several main roads but there are crossings. We visited the circus whilst we were there which was a bit far to walk with a 5 year old in tow but an Uber cost us £5-6 each way which was reasonable. Breakfast at table table was a let down, most of the things they didn’t have (didn’t tell us before we paid either!) and service was slow. Maybe we hit a bad day as last time we stayed it was fine. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again and would recommend the hotel.

Great location. Opposite the Trafford centre which has a bus station and tram stop. The car didn't move all weekend from the free parking space. Beds comfy as ever. Stayed 2 nights and would have liked the room cleaning as stayed 2 nights ( bins emptied, tea and coffee refilled, not a towel change as it was only 2 nights but nothing was done). Overall a good stay.
