Nothing I am absolutely disgusted in this place and the service we received. We paid for the deluxe family room, had confirmation of this paid for this and never got this. To turn up after a 5.5 hr drive to be told they gave our room to someone else that we had paid for. They tried to say we booked for 2 when I contacted and had confirmation that I had booked for 2 and 3 children and need the family room. The whole place. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN HERE ! This place is dirty, smells of smoke and mould the mattresses are horrendously uncomfortable if we had another hotel to go to at 10pm we would have left after a 5.5 hr drive we were left with no choice and to find the room we paid for had been given to someone else. We did not sleep, you couldn't sleep it was that dirty and the noise from the traffic and the dripping tap in the kitchen it was hard to even close your eyes. We had to fit out 3 children into 1 small double bed and didn't sleep. Also the shower does not work it has been tapped together and does not work! Just avoid at all costs you couldn't pay me to stay here again. Awful experience!

DO NOT stay here!!! We had booked a double room for 4 of us and couldn’t believe what we were presented with! As soon as we walked in the room it smelt disgusting, the carpet was not connected to the floor and we tripped over it. There was mould up the walls and behind the mirrors as I imagine they’ve probably tried to cover it up, loads of old mess from other customers under the beds (crisp packets, muck, etc), no plugs sockets, the beds were slanted and uncomfortable and finally the door wasn’t locking properly from the inside. The state of the room wasn’t even the worst thing when we got back from being out for the night a man was in our shared bathroom having a shower then come out and asked what we were doing going into his room, confused I said we were booked into this room and he showed us that he had the same key for this room, weary about this I then phoned the number given to us when booking the hotel. The RUDE man on the phone then proceeded to tell us that nobody had been booked in the room other than us and that he has called the house keeper and the police. After a good hour the house keeper finally arrived and told us that they had been watching this man on the CCTV and he had been coming and going as he knows the front door code and they weren’t sure where he had got the same key for our room! As we were worried for our safety and the fact the door wasn’t locking properly but someone could easily come in if they have a key we asked the house keeper to show us how to lock the door properly. The house keeper then let us have and later checkout and said we could have a refund if we phoned back the number. As my friends went to sleep I proceeded to stay awake because of the worry of anybody coming in. Phoned the hotel back a day later and we were told that the room was a mess and that we wouldn’t be getting a refund however we had cleaned up after ourselves and I explained that a lot of the mess was already there. I repeat DO NOT waste your money and come here! Awful customer service and scruffy house, wants closing down

A very cheap accommodation option so I only have myself to blame. Very poor conditions in the room and would not recommend sadly. A price increase is needed and substantial improvement required

Property has tired and low quality facilities. The linen needs replacing and bathroom needs to be refurbished. No sound proofing between rooms.

Cheap accommodation but you really have to consider if this is the right place for you. The pictures look reasonable but I’m reality it isn’t nice. The bedrooms stinks of cigarettes and the bed linen is so cheap and thin that it doesn’t give you confidence. Location spot on. Easy to access and plenty of parking on a game day

With this price tag I know I should not complain. We got what we paid for. Just a reminder there is a large glass door in room 2 and the curtain is not there. In the morning the sun light comes in and there is no way to shield it. I was ok as I needed to wake up early to work anyway but it would be an issue for other travellers. The wardrobe interior needs cleaning. And perhaps you may put a sign at the glass door telling people the door is not the main entrance. A lady kept banging the door two nights in a row asking me to let her in.

checking in process was a problem. I did not receive any door codes prior to arriving. when i phoned the given number for help, it was a message in Spanish! then saying to phone back later. i could not get in. Another resident phoned on a different number and I got the codes. The TV was set at a limiting low volume, which was completely inaudible even when there was no traffic passing on the busy road outside. The kitchen did not supply tea towels to dry the pots, cutlery etc. The bed sheets looked like they had never been ironed.

This accommodation would be great for me on a weekly basis as i need accommodation nearly every week for at least 3/4 days. But the bathroom sink is a safety risk and you cannot use it. The TV was fixed on a very low volume and you could not hear the tv.The room next door on Saturday night had a party from 0300 in the morning and it was still going on when i left at 0600. So I dont think I will be staying there again unfortunately

The place is very well located if tou are traveling for the Trafford Centre area .. i was attending an event at The Warehouse so was perfect. The room was ok , stains on carpet were a little off putting. But overall clenliness was alright. The bedding didnt fit the bed well so when i rolled the sheet qoukd come off exposing the naked bed which wasnt nice. The bathrooms are attrocious and need repairing cracked sinks and toilet seat feels like the owners dont really look after the place. Would be nice if maintanence was done and sheet fitted the bed.
