Large, rustic single-family house "Pietro", 600 m a.s.l.. Above Stresa, in the hamlet Someraro 3.5 km from the centre of Stresa, 4 km from the lake. Private: terraced garden, 1'500 m2 with trees. Motor access to the house. Supermarket 4 km, restaurant, bar 500 m, bus stop "stresa" 4 km, railway station "Stresa" 4 km, ferry "stresa" 5 km, pebble beach 5 km. Golf course (18 hole) 5 km. Nearby attractions: Baveno 5 km, Orta San Giulio 20 km. Hiking paths: Mottarone 12 km. Please note: car recommended. 4-room house 150 m2 on 3 levels. Simple and practical furnishings: entrance hall. 2 double bedrooms. 2 showers/bidet/WC. On the lower ground floor: large living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), TV. Exit to the garden. Kitchenette (dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra). A super nice house, functional with everything you need even if it's not super recent (a slightly more modern iron and internet would be welcome). A beautiful view, a shaded terrace perfect for summer evenings. It just lacks a barbecue. The area is quiet,

Missed a lovely seat for the evening. WiFi is nowadays a must according to our children. Only the toilet kept running. Too bad this was only made on the day of departure.
