Pet friendly. Good option for family trips. There are a lot kids for the hockey tournament and badminton tournaments

It’s high time they renovate the place. The rooms are spacious but too outdated. The amenities in the room are too old, some will not even work. The bed sheets and blanket are very old. The room carpet is dirty and smelly

Great place to stay with a wonderful restaurant, we stay every year over the holidays and have never had a bad stay.

Always a great stay! Fun and safe for the kids, they love the pool. Great service and staff.

Good all around experience. For the price you would think there would be some sort of room service option . Also there is only basic cable with no movie rental option which was odd.

Nice hotel but the room we were given wasn't cleaned or prepared from the last guests. The blankets on the beds were all disheveled, towels on the floors, etc. The staff didn't take any initiative to move us to another room as we had to really push them. Their response to the room was, "What do you want me to do about it?" Yikes. The hot tub was also out of commission which was a bit of a bummer as we were really looking forward to using it.

It was clean, beds were super comfortable but needs an update. Dirty stained carpets. Furniture also needs updating - very worn. Unfortunately, there were multiple sports teams with little to no supervision so noise at night was a huge issue.
