The property was very clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and very helpful. The rooms were spacious and beds comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped and bathroom had plenty of toiletries and towels. It was a bit noisey at night and early in the morning being so close to main highway (room 1). Rooms further along would notice this less. Dissapointment for our party was the lack of a breakfast restaurant which the information showed was there. There were photos of it. But it didnt exist. Staff apologised that some 'library photos' had been included in error. Other than that a good stay and I would stay again if in Stratford. Dont go and eat at Malones though, the rowdy locals there ruined our evening out.

This is my second stay at Amity Court. As before I found my room spotlessly clean and well appointed. The staff were very helpful. I will stay here again.

Stayed in one bed-room unit. Clean and modern facilities. Had everything we needed. The backyard with the gazebo and lovely memorial chestnut tree adds much charm to the place. And that view of the mountain. For supplies, Countdown is basically next door. The motel is on the main road though so if you are a light sleeper, trucks driving by might be an issue otherwise very nice play to stay.

It is just a nice place to stay, whenever we come down for business in New Plymouth we stay in Stratford because the place is nice
