We have stayed here before and enjoyed the updated room very much. Our room was ready early and check in/checkout was very easy. Our internet television was not working.

Great experience and stay !!

Room was great, full mini kitchen, nice TV, new carpet, comfortable bed. Room really needs better lighting. Glad I wasn't trying to do anything in that room -- 2 small bedside lamps, small desk lamp -- just doesn't cut it. Front desk service was non-existent. Checked in, no information provided about amenities, breakfast, etc. Just 'third floor' was the entire communication with desk staff.

worst hotel experience I have ever had I left at 3 in the morning and turned around and drove back home I have never done that and I have stayed 1,000 of places and have never had this experience first getting a nock at our door at 2:30 in the morning saying we are being to loud then being accused of smoking in a hotel room and I don’t even smoke to having trouble checking in to dirty beds and loft over clothing from the person before asked for a refund bc I only stayed 3 hrs if that and I had to drive 3 hrs back home bc I was not happy to find out they only gave me 43$ back out of 171$ let’s just say I’m calling corporate Tom.

I have never been to such a disgusting hotel. It was filthy and the rooms have not been updated ever. They have demolished the walls and baseboards and are still renting rooms! They rented us a room directly below one they were jackhammering and it was unbearable. My 80 year old mother who had travelled for a funeral was upset the entire time but moving her was such a trying thing that we stuck it out. It was like a crackhouse but they charged hundreds of dollars a night. The cafe downstairs cost us $65 for a simple breakfast, yet the chairs were so filthy we didn’t want to sit. I’m hoping there is a link to post a video of the jackhammering.

We stayed one night because we attended a wedding in town. We had an excellent experience, but I’m not giving all starts for two “no big deal” reasons (depending on your perspective) 1) all the outlets in our bathroom didn’t work. No big deal, I just did my hair in the sleeping area 2) depending on the route you are taking, you need to drive through parts of Bridgeport to get to Sheldon…Bridgeport is one of the worst/unsafe areas in CT. Something to consider.

Liked nothing. Staff were almost never behind the desk, hiding somewhere. No "Good Morning", no nothing. Lots of things on the room were broken or did not work, such as the toilet which I fixed, and the coffeemaker. The water pressure in the shower was awful. Dresser drawer fell out of the dresser when we opened it. It is simply a terrible place with lots of things wrong with it. Will never stay at a Bonvoy again.

Stayed Friday-Monday and room was never cleaned. Asked on Sunday morning for housekeeping, returned Sunday night and room was never cleaned.
