I had to leave one night early. There was so much noise on my (4th) floor that I woke at 3 am. Someone was playing dance music for about 2 hours.
I was afraid to confront the partiers so I just put in headphones and waited until they passed out.
They could not refund me as I bought my lodging through *******

I asked upon checkin if the pool was open and they said yes. What they failed to mention is that the heater was not working so the pool was unusable. Other than that this is a very clean and convenient hotel. We stay there when attending shows at the nearby Kent Stage.

Love this place! The staff is welcoming! It’s clean and comfortable. Only one minor complaint-the bathroom sink doesn’t drain properly.

Staff was friendly and gave great insight to surrounding area. Hotel in great location. Walking distance to campus and many bars and restaurants. Will definitely stay there again!

Clean, spacious room with a little refrigerator that is actually cold. Nice hot shower also. No free breakfast and parking is 10 dollars so, there’s that.

Very nice, large rooms. Convenient parking in garage next door. Walking distance to everything in downtown Kent. Would definitely stay here again!
