We stayed here for 2 nights last week to celebrate our 10 year anniversary. What an anniversary! The place was lovely, peaceful and very clean. The owners were friendly and thoughtful! On arrival day Steve showed us around and made sure we were settled. He provided taxi numbers for us. We arrive to an anniversary card and a bottle of sparkles in the fridge. Prior to our arrival Rosey had been super helpful with helping us with suggestions of places to eat and things to do in the local area. The dogs are friendly although one does like to bark but he is harmless and he is does like a good stroke!!! Would absolutely come again!

I attended a Jewellery Making Retreat at Stoodleigh Court Coach House B&B at the end Sept/beginning of October. What a joy the whole experience was - so much so that I have reserved my place for 2023 ! The accommodation was extremely comfortable & peaceful and I felt so at home. Rosey & Steve were very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. I arrived on my own but immediately felt settled & relaxed. The course was fully catered and all the meals served were delicious, Rosey is an accomplished cook. Our Tutor, Penny was great, encouraging, informative and inspirational. Even though I have been working with silver for years I learnt so much and feel quite proud of the jewellery I completed on the course. I thoroughly recommend Stoodleigh Coach House as a place to stay, especially if you take part in one of its fabulous courses.

I so enjoyed my stay, such a beautiful setting, and the guest suit is supurb. It is very well equipped with high quality equipment and fittings, lovely large rooms, glorious bathroom and an excellent view of the courtyard and gardens. Rosie is a delight to meet and makes one feel very welcome. I am grateful for her kindness in making my stay memorable and thoroughly enjoyable.

A cheeky night away in this beautiful part of Devon. A perfect location and we had a very lovely room indeed and we had a super comfy bed. Many thanks to Steve and Rosey - great hosts (and Dawson and Gabby - the furries).

Rosy and Steve (hosts) are very welcoming and accommodating. The room was excellent, very large, with a four poster bed and lovely furniture. The ensuite was amazing; best shower I've ever had. The whole annex was of a very high standard, fastidiously clean, a real pleasure to stay here. A real treat was being able to have a real fire going, which made the living room super cosy when settled down to watch TV/play games etc. An absolute pleasure, in beautiful grounds, with excellent hosts - would 100% recommend.
