"We throughly enjoyed our stay at Calm Waters Resort, the staff is so warm and attentive to anything that may arise. Always a good morning to chat with them before our days got started. The location is so close to Indian Point restaurants and around the corner from Silver Dollar City. 10 stars!!!!!!"

"We stayed in a three bedroom "cottage" that was on the bottom floor of the motel. We could see the lake outside our front window. Pool was clean and well maintained. They kept us in clean towels and the usual motel amenities. The whole staff was super friendly and the place was clean. It still needs to be updated as it appears to have been decorated in early garage sale, but we weren't there for the decor! Friendly, cheap, great location, clean. The only downside was one window unit for the entire apartment, so you had to leave your bedroom door open if you wanted to be cool at night. However, that one unit did the job for sure. I can't say enough about this place. Expect too much and you will be disappointed, don't expect much and it will blow you away."
