房間挺大，高速公路服務區裏。都是一樓，服務區有超市和幾個出飯的地方。總體比較方便。適合自駕遊住一晚的。

衞生的確還不錯 位置也很好 基本沒有設施！^_^

Had a pleasant stay .. will come back again

This review is based on our experience of a member of staff we encountered on the complex, Assistant Manager on the morning of June 2nd 2024 was extremely helpful in assisting us at a time of great anguish. In our excitement to commence our cruise holiday we had forgotten to print some necessary paperwork. We stopped at the services in the hope there would be such a facility on site. Unfortunately there wasn't but a member of staff suggested Travel Lodge across the parking area. The Assistant Manager empathised with our plight and graciously provided a solution to our problem. They could have sent us on our way WITHOUT assisting us as we hadn't been guests at the hotel (on this occasion) but their understanding and kindness made us feel valued and i'm sure had we been guests we'd have experienced that level of service throughout our stay. over night stop over turned into a 3 night stay, i found the staff very friendly and very helpful, the manager here goes above and beyond. I want to say the house keepers do a super job as it was clean and fresh. My room was clean and tidy i did like the fridge and microwave in my room that was a great touch.

Arrived at the travelodge everyone was smiley and friendly. Extremely helpful I’m not from around here so they was able to tell me where the local towns were and booked me a taxi so I could go visit family and have a few beers Room nice and clean. Beds amazing comfortable. Definitely will stay again

I had a great stay at Cherwell valley travelodge. My room was a little walk away but this meant the room was nice and quiet. I checked in early and the cleaner was still there, very friendly lady. My room was spotlessly clean, the bed was comfy. I had a great sleep. Would stay here again

Great stay and staff all great. Charlene was amazing and couldn’t help enough. So helpful. Our room was just perfect. Well done team and well done Charlene for a great cleaning crew Highly recommend this hotel due to its location and the services provide everything one would need to a few days stay over.

This is one of the best experiences I have had in any hotel let alone a travelodge. The two ladies at the reception couldn't have been any better. Both CHARLENE & LESLEY were superb. I had been up since 3 am and wad in a world of my own and the experience I had checking in was just so brilliant. Helped me register the vehicle. Made me chuckle and also gave me a very quiet and private room as requested. The local info was epic as well. Went to Bicester centre by their recommendation and the food was spot on. Thanks to these lovely ladies I wouldn't have had such a lovely experience. They are a credit to their job!!!

Stayed here to break up our journey and it was the best price around at £75 which after staying I feel was way too expensive for the experience. Warm friendly welcome by receptionist, smell of **** as we walked through from reception. room was down a corridor which stunk of smoke and ****. the 4 rooms on the other side of the corridor to our room all had the doors propped open and people moving a lot between them so caused noise. Room itself stunk of smoke and wet dog, very dated and old, cleaning was not great, bedding was clean but sheets/pillowcases stained. Beds rock hard and uncomfortable. If you have the extra funds I would recommend you stay somewhere a little more expensive wouldn’t recommend.

I have stayed at the m40 travelodge for a couple months now, the staff have made me feel so welcome and home they are all so lovely and friendly! The rooms are always clean and fresh! If you ever need any top ups the staff are on it day or night! I will definitely stay again soon :)

We stayed here as a pit stop for long journey. Reception staff were very helpful. I required a room on the ground floor and they didn't hesitate to help my needs. The bed was comfortable and room was very clean. I would definitely use again, very good value for money.

I pre-booked and stayed here whilst visiting the RIAT Airshow so needed a good night's sleep before an early start and long day ahead. I was asked if I preferred a room on the ground or first floor and was then told only one room remained in the entire hotel, which was Room 120 on the ground floor. PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF ALL THINGS, AVOID ROOM 120 AT ALL COSTS. This room is directly opposite the door to the reception office and immediately next to the entrance/exit door. So when you want to sleep, you'll need to do it in extremely small shifts because as soon as somebody enters or leaves the hotel or reception office, you'll hear the door beep, then bang closed. I even wore Bose sound-cancelling earphones at one point but they didn't work on this sudden noise. I ended up leaving at 4am, two hours earlier than planned, because I couldn't take it any more. It's worth noting that this would also appear to be a dog friendly hotel because when I wasn't woken up by the doors slamming, I was woken by a fking dog barking down the corridor. In terms of the room itself, the decor was tired and outdated. Relatively clean except the dust build-up on the corners of the bed frame, which had never been touched. The TV belongs in a museum and I dare not touch the dirty remote control. The bathroom floor was wet in the corners so try and stay in the middle of the floor if you can. The view was of a bush covering the whole window, so not worth opening the curtains. Night manager did nothing when I reported it, even though he promised to report it to his supervisor. Although perhaps he did and the supervisor did nothing. I have reported this to Travelodge main office asking for a refund - I'll update this review with the outcome. I hope this review helps one of you avoid the terrible experience I had there.
