It is pretty good except a few things. Wifi is not good. Mobile reception is also bad. Food is fine. Restaurant looks quite popular. Cleanliness is ok. They don't clean the room everyday unless you request. No lift and a long corridor to go through to get to room or getting out.

What a lovely hotel with extremely helpful and friendly staff. We had an accessible room which was perfect for our stay. The room was spotlessly clean. The bed was super comfortable. The TV was great and having a kettle and tea coffee facilities was great. The connecting beefeater was the perfect eatery. We had a delicious meal Friday night and the breakfast was delicious too.

We stayed here for a family wedding at the weekend and arrived to find one of our three rooms was allocated away from the rest of the family. We spoke to Kevin on the desk who at first didn't think he would be able to move things around but after a little time he managed to sort it out for us which was really helpful. Would for sure stay here again when visiting family next time.

I’ve stayed in lots of premier inns but the staff at this hotel were the best I’ve met. So friendly and helpful especially Ally. If I’m ever near here again I will definitely stay at this hotel. Great location easy to walk into town nice restaurant next door

Well what can I say? We stayed at this hotel for a concert in the area but the concert really started once we arrived at the hotel! There was a photo booth station set up, a face paint and glitter stall as well as treats related to the concert in our rooms. Maggs, Kevin and Rachel made our stay INCREDIBLE. The breakfast was amazing too!

I met with kind hearted staff (Ana and sub) that helped me. The hotel was great, clean and everything organized. For a business trip the hotel is wonderful. It’s very peaceful and calm. I recommend this hotel to anyone who would like to have a calm stay!
