斯托克頓東南部智選假日飯店

The room wasn’t very clean and it had a smell to it. It was “okay” to stay there for a few days as I didn’t have another option but I don’t think I’ll be staying here again. The floors in the elevator and in the main hall of my room weren’t clean any of the days. I went to use the restrooms on the first floor and there was human feces on the toilet and bloody tissues on the sink and it appeared to not have been cleaned for the day from the previous day. The staff was very nice and pleasant but I felt like complaining to them wouldn’t really do any good because it’s just seemed clear that this may be the way the hotel is always kept.

We had. A really good experience here. A young lady named Jenna checked us in She was real attentive to us. She discussed area restaurants and attractions in neighboring cities on 2 different days The room was clean and the breakfast was good.

Very nice staff at the desk, clean room and comfortable bed. But there was no coffee maker in the room! So when I asked the front desk about that, she brought one to my room. Seems they are trying to save on cups, but are very willing to give you a coffee maker and accoutrement’s, if you ask!

Check in was excellent but checking out wasn’t, there was someone who spoke Spanish and she was very polite and helped us choose was floor we wanted to be in. At checking out there wasn’t anyone who spoke Spanish and the lady at the front desk told us we probably wouldn’t be getting out deposit back when I spoke to her she informed us there was a stain in the comforter and when I told her that it was a peanut butter cookie she said she informed them but wasn’t getting a response back so we had to wait there. I asked her if she wanted me to clean it up my self because I was sure the stain would come off and she ended up telling me that it was okay and gave us the deposit only after I told her that.

The room was clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly , and the breakfast was good. I would recommend this hotel to others. The only complaint is that the beds were so high, it was hard to get into them. My husband is 5'10 and I am 5'5, but the beds were made for people much taller than us!

Jenna at the front desk was so helpful and very friendly! So good to see a smiling person after a long drive ! Definitely will stay here again !

Pues que no te regresan el depósito está muy mal yo dejé el cuarto bien no se destruyó nada es más solo dormí el resto del día no estuve

Friendly staff, clean hotel and a great pool & spa! Had a great stay there and would definitely recommend.

Clean comfy quiet bedroom with spiffy bathroom and great blackout curtains Will stay here again
