大學廣場海濱飯店(University Plaza Waterfront Hotel)

booked and paid online when i got to hotel i was told i never made a reservation and was charged full price on top of what i already paid online 400+ dollars and the heat doesn’t even work

It was a very easy and convenient hotel to get to they also had convenient parking parking. the room when I arrived was very clean

We were able to leave the property and walk across the street to the show. Great property, very clean, excellent staff.

This is a hotel more for business people, not vacationers. We were there during a storm so we were at a disadvantage. The area had alot of homeless but mostly harmless. Parts of the surrounding area are well light at night but parts are not. The staff didnt inform us about complimenty coffee until we were leaving 2 days later, did not inform us about any area amenities. Over all friendly and let us check in very early! We were so thankful! Security even brought us to our room during power outage. Heat after outage was not able to be turned back on. Over all 4.3. Most of the stuff was unavoidable for the hotel.

The property is good, the room was clean and food was good at the downs restaurant. They have limited parking. That’s what we didn’t like. There was no parking because there was an event at the arena. They should have reserved parking spots.

Convenient location to the Port of Stockton, centrally located and easy accessibility to the freeway.

The hotel is very convenient to my work site and the staff at the front desk, restaurant and maintenance are all very helpful and friendly.
