斯蒂爾沃特萬豪SpringHill Suites飯店(SpringHill Suites Stillwater)

We stayed at this property a few years ago when it first opened. It's reliable and easy distance to OSU, but it seems as it's deteriorating quickly. The lobby has an unclean scent, there was water damage on the ceiling in our room and the bathroom was clean, but unimpressive. Hopefully, management will be able to remedy the property so it has more life in Stillwater as a viable option to stay.

I was very happy with my stay. The Hotel was very clean. Not sure about how well they built things for you guys but I did see many things broken already in your new place. But it did not affect my stay. The breakfast was awesome always ready when I went down and always full and hot. The pool was too cold to even get in for my little one. So that was a bummer that she couldn't enjoy that. We went and found a splash pad to enjoy instead.

We liked the size of the room and the area. It is really easy to find and located very close to the OSU campus. I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the shower. There was hair on the walls and in the tub, there was something brown on the shower wall in the corner above the soap rack, and the shower curtain as not clean. The room was good, and the beds were great. We all slept very well!!!

The hotel was setback off the main road. The hotel was very nice. The room was spacious and very clean. For breakfast they served eggs, sausage and lots of other breakfast choices. Overall, I would stay here again.

Daisy was AMAZING! She provided outstanding customer service. Rooms were clean and comfortable. A/C was very cold. Room is spacious, plenty of outlets for charging. The breakfast provided is convenient.

This was a beautiful room, very comfortable, very quiet. I’d absolutely recommend this hotel.

Never again. Still waiting for my refunds!! The manager straight told me it was his last week and not his problem and he would contact the owners for my refunds. Still haven't heard from them. No surprise. I was there on vacation and the hotel double charged me and overdrew my account. That was all my spending money while I was there. I literally sat in the room because I couldn't do anything. The help was little to no help. And the view of the swamp out back is not amazing. RUN FROM THIS PLACE.

Confusion on dates of stay. For some reason i booked one night instead of 2 nights.....my mistake. Instead of calling to identify confusion at checkout time or when houskeeping found our belongings i found out 1030 at night when returning to my room. Room key didnt work and at front desk im told here are your belongings all bagged up. No rooms available. Is it really that difficult for hotel to make a phone call n say you arent booked today when they find your bags n belongings in the room? I would have come back and cleared them out. Items were also missing

The staff was incredible; the room very spacioius. The area around the property is under construction so that wasn't so pleasant but understandable
