The biggest problem is we have stayed there numerous times over the last three years and at the beginning it was beautiful. Now, the pool has leaves and floating trash in it, the hot tub still doesn’t work (it used to) and smells funny, the shower in our room smelled moldy and most of the carpets are torn in places making some trip hazards for those of us with some mobility issues. The prices for the rooms are to high for the issues on the property - this has become closer to a motel not a hotel.

Horrible Service We were supposed to have a double Queen room. Were told it was overbooked and all that was available was a king with a pull out sofa bed. The sofa bed was uncomfortable and not enough blankets. Room was not clean and staff was unwilling to help. Changed rooms the next day to a double and the remote to tv didn’t work. We went to the front desk 5 times for assistance and the attitude was horrible by the staff and they would not help at all. We usually select Hampton due to consistency. They’re usually clean, service is great and we know what to expect. This is the second time we’ve stayed at this Hampton and both times were extremely disappointing. We will NOT give this Hampton our business again.
