Private: property 1'400 m2, garden lawn. Terrace (55 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. Motor boat (on order), parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Grocery 10 km, bus stop "Klyve Kryss" 1.6 km, railway station "Bergen" 90 km, bathing lake "Gullfiskvatnet" 8 km. Golf course (6 hole) 10 km, fishing possibilities 1 m. Nearby attractions: Steindalsfossen 20 km, Norheimsund 20 km. "Ørviksnes", 4-room semi-detached house 85 m2 on 2 levels. Object suitable for 6 adults + 1 child.
