Best place to stay in Jamaica. The service and good exceptional. Great staff that’s friendly and professional. This was my best anniversary ever. Thanks to the great staff at Hyatt Ziva. I appreciate all of you so much. Much love and respect.

Loved our stay at Ziva and look forward to returning! Was there with my husband for our anniversary for 6 days and had the best time. Our oceanfront jr suite was beautiful, clean and well stocked. The food was delicious and service was fantastic everywhere we went. Seriously, just a wonderful trip.

Everything was amazing...I don't even know where to start! From the customer service, to the property, to the food & drinks. Variety of foods to try and indulge. Very clean and the entire property was east to access including Zalaria next door. Many activities with live music. I love this place! Thankful to Mr. K for the excellent food service. To Mr. T for the exceptional concierge customer service. To Mr. D for the amazing cocktail drinks. To Mr. K for the amazing room service and hospitality. See you all soon!

Property was clean staff was courteous was look forward to returning. Once I returned home I did realize my credit card was charge without my authorization after I paid cash for the exact charges this is very disappointing and I’m not getting a response regarding this matter. Other than this was a great place to stay.

The staff was great at Ziva by the pool. Samantha was amazing she really did that. Ans all the bartenders at the swim yo bar were great as well. Some staff was a little stand offish and not welcoming but that was only a few. The Asian restaurant was amazing… we literally ordered everything. Had a great time.

Had an amazing time at this property. The staff is super friendly and we didn’t have any issues. The food was excellent every time. The French restaurant is a most try. The beach was clean with nice blue water. Some of the entertainment included a Michael Jackson Show and a Bob Marley tribute. Only 15 mins away from the airport. Jamaica is absolutely beautiful. Definitely recommend.

The property was big and looked great. We enjoyed the food, entertainment and activities.. the employees were friendly and i enjoyed interacting with them. the free shuttle to a private tourist shopping center was nice also. But the area outside the resort is very run down and would not recommend visiting outside the resort its truly nothing to see..

The staff, every staff member was courteous and pleasant. One lovely lady went to get us umbrellas while we were at the **** hut.. Vanessa at Choicez was knowledgeable kind and professional yes and pleasant….I am ready to return next year…. Until then keep up the good work and keep your staff happy I will be telling everyone about our fantastic experience

Does not represent the country it's in. Food is not tasty nor does it have good texture. Customer service was poor starting with the bellman. Glass bathroom door had soap scum, wasnt clean. Toilet seat bangs, need soft shut seats They delivered someone else's food to my room left it open and later came back for it and brought the same food to the right person. This is not safe or sanitary. Definitely not worth the money, no intentions of returning 😒
