Beautiful cottage in a rural setting We have stayed here before and loved it! Love that it is in a rural setting, a charming house and with a contactless entry, very easy. There is a common area with coffee and water right outside our room. It was quiet and comfortable perfect for our final stay before heading home. (Woodstock NY)

The description at ******* suggested this was a bed & breakfast. It's not. I'm sure it is a superb event location for weddings, etc. We arrived at dark, with the house lit up suggesting staff was on duty. They were NOT; that was OK - until morning. There's no breakfast at this B&noB. Good luck getting the fancy Keurig coffee maker to work. I know now, but I'm not telling. The coffee pods were horrible, probably long expired. All said, the room was great, very clean, well appointed, all we really needed. Just don't expect any help or breakfast or decent coffee unless you bring it yourself. No I would not stay here again. I'm too old to get married again.

My daughter and I had the loveliest stay here at Orelsa farms pre pandemic. We chose the Somerset room as we were from Somerset and it was full of beauty and charm. The decor was lovely and charming. Each room uniquely decorated. I was so looking forward to taking her and a girlfriend during the teen years. Unfortunately the property was sold and when I went to book at the new Batten Green today and was highly disappointed. We will not be staying. While the new rooms are modern farmhouse and beautiful-they are cookie cutter-the unique charm and ambience are gone. I'm sure many beautiful events and happy stays will occur but the unique charm is long since gone and that is incredibly disappointing now you pick a Suite 1 or 2 no longer invidual rooms with unique personalities unto themselves which is the heart of any true luxury resort bed and breakfast. It's very unfortunate as it was the unique personality that made this inn one of the luxyr bed and breakfasts in VA along with the hospitality of the previous owners.

So quaint and pretty! Love the property and cleanliness. I highly recommend!

Property was very welcoming. Close proximity to Stauton and Verona. We were antiquing and had a variety of shops to explore. Will come back. Nothing really to mention as negative.
