巴利太浩湖娛樂場度假村(Bally's Lake Tahoe Casino Resort)

Trip.com did not send my reservation to hotel. I had to contact them 3 times to get them to confirm the reservation with the hotel and they can see my reservation. We booked a premiere King with lake view for 3 nights. The room advertised on the website was almost close to the room we got. We did not get floor to ceiling windows like shown on the website. We had no A/C the 1st night, when Air conditioning is advertised as an amenity. We called it in, they fixed it, but then it stopped working again within 6 hours. In the afternoon of the 2nd day, we had no A/C again and then the A/C unit started leaking and destroyed the ceiling. We had to ask to be moved. They blamed it on condensation and didn't want to move us. They downgraded us to a smaller room and different room type, a 2 bedded Queen room with lake view. Upon check out, the hotel charged us for Valet parking and self parking for all 3 nights. The hotel charged us the total cost of the room each night, because Trip.com did not send the payment to the hotel. The hotel said we charged your card because we didn't have the 3rd party payment card on file for your reservation. Never once did any hotel staff apologize for the problems and they refused to upgrade us or provide any compensation for the problems. No service recovery at all.

Overall it was a terrific experience, Disappointed in the restaurant, the service was not very good I enjoyed the food. There was a language problem which made it difficult and our order was wrong. The room was wonderful, One of the reasons I always book there is for the experience at the pool and waterfall. The waterfall was not turned on and trying to get service from the woman who checked us in and gave us towels was actually pretty terrible. I especially want to comment on the service we receive from the bellhop, a wonderful man who went out of his way to give us the best service of all.

good location but expensive parking. room are spacious. rugs are old.

Everything is great! I do love it. Reasonable price which everyones are able to stay. I’d love to go again next time

Necesitan limpiar mejor los cuartos los baños sucios mal es más creo que ni los limpian por que hay hasta pelo de las personas que an estado antes que uno ahí los toilet con pipi y pupu pegado las camas si están limpias no las cambian tampoco sucios que son y cobran por todo La noche 200 más los impuestos más Parkin más 50 dolarles de depósito en total la noche viene saliendo en 400 demasiado dinero

Valet parking staff was very rude during Checkin process demanding car keys. And our rooms were not cleaned for the second day and ended up staying with dirty. We were not told during Checkin process that rooms will not be cleaned daily even though we paid around $200 per night
