A unique oasis hand crafted by two expert carpenters. The unit is a modern slice of peaceful heaven. It is settled on 5 acres of land and is a basement apartment. It has a private entrance, full kitchen, full bathroom, and two twin beds. The unit is open to long term or short term guests. We are centrally located 15 minutes from Canton, 18 minutes from Dover - New Philadelphia and 15 from Malvern (track). About pets:No pets allowed, service animals permitted.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking allowed: in designated areas.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 18.About events:No events allowed.

Escape from the city
If you want to get away from it all this is your place. No internet or cable to interfere with your stay. Beautiful property for that outdoors person. Owner very accomodating!
