The hotel is an excellent location and has a nice breakfast but the smell coming from the wall in our bathroom for the two days we stayed there was absolutely disgusting, far worse than anything I have ever experienced. The stench in our bathroom smelled like sewage leaking through the wall. We spoke to the man at the front desk and he came up and winced when he stepped inside the bathroom. He got air freshener and it didn’t help. He acknowledged that the gas was likely leaking through the floor and he could not stop it. He said he was unable to move us to another room so we were forced to stay there. I did not take a shower for two days because I could not stand to be in the bathroom for more than a minute. I used the lobby bathroom when I needed to go. Even with the door closed, the smell continued to came into the bathroom while we slept. My partner almost threw up the second night. The staff sprayed it with lavender scent but it didn’t disguise the smell. So glad to never ever be back there again.

This hotel location is perfect. Located at Saravejo old town. One room divided into to compartment. Bed room and living room. Only got air con in the living room but no aircon inside the bedroom. So it’s very hot especially during summer. Not suitable to stay during this time. The services very poor. First day when we there. Room too hot. They able to give us moveable aircon room. But no kettle. So we request. Waiting for so long still not coming. When ask again claimed they are busy. They will send after the housekeeper finish cleaning the room. If I need urgently come down to get the key to get it myself then return the key after that. What type of service here??? Then our the window curtains fell down. Call them to fix about 530pm. Claim no more housekeeper. Will do tomorrow. Next day call again to remind them about 930am. Promised will do it within the days. But when we back to hotel at 5pm still not done. When ask. Again said no housekeeper now and they forgot to inform housekeeper just now??? When check out we inform them to reserve the room with moveable aircon as I said no aircon in the bedroom. We will come back on 19/6/24. The promised. When we back to this hotel on 19/4. Again they told us they forgot to reserve the room for us. And the room without moveable aircon is too hot. We force to leave the hotel and move to other hotel. We spoke to the manager. The manager very rule. Telling us it’s not their problem. They can’t reserve for us. But why they promised. She said the case is closed since we decided to leave. She not even apologise to us as customers. Her attitude is like you want to stay or not up to you. What type of customer service here? 4 stars hotel??? I think worse than 2 stars hotel.
