Room condition was quite good, and easily get to snack bar or restaurant. However, the entertainment here is not enough. Especially, sauna & swimming pool. Water temperature of indoor swimming pool was too cold compared to outdoor. Additionally, sunlounger on the beach was too hot by the structure to make shadow. It seems to the r facilities blocked wind flow.

The location is perfect, beautiful mountains and the sea and wonderful Sun. The place like a paradise, like cuddled in. It is near to Antalya centre, where you can visit The Sealife zoo, walk through long streets of bazaar, big market and plenty of nice cafes and restaurants, feel the touch of Turkish life. there is also show of dolphins in Antalya and Kemer. You can book any tour with the Pegus travel agent at Crystal Flora hotel or arrange the trip yourself. You can use a public transport or taxi, depends on your choice. You can visit The Land of Legends, another beautiful place you shall visit with your children and teenagers. The hotel and all facilities are very clean, the staff is very polite, kind and helpful, cleaning is conducted and maintained constantly inside and outside. The facilities are very clean, the rooms and bedding are changed every day, so the fridge inside the room is refilled every day. Staff speaks in three or more languages and if needed a guidance or help, you will get it straightaway. The food and drinks are served non stop. Variety of food and desserts is great, beyond the expectations. Everything from the meal and drinks is fresh and delicious, started with domestic meals, burgers, pizza, lachmachun, kebabs, barbecue, and different fish, including Mexican dinner, you can enjoy in the outside restaurant near the sea, prebooked option. For those who are awaken till the sunrise, have the option to have meal on the beach bar, late night or early morning like 1-3AM. you can choose burger with chips, spaghetti, salad and any drinks of your wish, including nice tea with biscuits. there are different activities arranged by staff in the morning and day time for adults and children, every evening there is show and live performance, and you can dance while watching the band performance on the stage, the songs are in a different languages and different time, to entertain every audience. You prefer disco, there is another facility for dancing near the reception, a bit hidden and inside. We would like to have a disco outside on the same place where the band was, but we presume disco place is arranged inside to avoid disruption for the hotel residents at night. I think, disco would be better outside, the near building could be sound insulated and hosted by young generation, who loves dancing and the loud music, but I believe this option probably been checked, but have many obstacles to make disco outside. You will not have time to be bored in Crystal Flora Resort. There is a big market outside the hotel which works till midnight. If its too hot walking in the day, you can go shopping after 8PM and enjoy walking around and do shopping of clothes or food, pakhlava, Turkish delight, different type of tea and many other things. The place is very good indeed and I myself and all my family are going to visit Crystal Flora again. I recommend this place out of other places in that area, as it has facilities, including massive water slides for children that no other have, food and drinks are served 24 hours, that you will not find in other places, the amount of food and drinks is great and more important that everything is fresh and tasty, tea lovers can enjoy tea time in café inside and outside, with different type of desserts and plenty of ice creams for children. I truly enjoyed my holiday and so my children and relatives from other country. Crystal Flora is perfect place for holiday.

Риксос уже не тот...нужно переименовывать в Rixos Economy Tekirova. В прошлом году разочаровались в Rixos Sungate, в этом году решили порадовать себя Tekirova, но от риксосов осталось только название и завышенная ценой. Экономия на каждом этапе, люди по старой памяти едут в риксос(как и мы), народу много, а персонала катастрофически не хватает. Из вечерних развлечений дискотека внутри детского клуба и живая музыка в лобби, честно говоря вечером откровенно скукота в отеле. Подогреваемый уличный бассейн просто для галочки, подогревается маленькая часть. В ресторане дождаться напитков не реально, сделали бы точки где сам можешь налить, проще самим сходить. Приобрели номер с видом на море, нам бесплатно сделали ”повышение” номера. Номер в дальнем корпусе с выходом к бассейну(без подогрева), рядом с детской площадкой, где о тишине можно только мечтать) Отказались от такого ”повышения”, т.к. понятно было, что просто номера нашего класса не было из готовых. Пришли на ресепшн, так и есть, заселили только в 15. Дали боковой вид на море, вместо прямого. Персонал делали максимально переживающий и понимающий вид, но номер не менял. Уже ближе к выезду предложили другой номер, написали об этом в 16 дня, что сейчас его прибираем в итоге ”прибирали” его до 22 вечера, номер понравился, но т.к. ребенок уже спал, попросили на след день сутра переехать, отказали, сказали номеров не хватает. На тему номеров, был отличный корпус с номерами стандарт, но его переделали. Заехали в этот раз в ”делюкс”, не понятно по каким критериям такое громкое название, обычный маленький номер, на полу плитка вместо коврового покрытия, санузел закрывающийся створками, в туалет спокойно не сходишь, я думаю это для многих важно. Пришли в веревочный городок, он не работает. Оказывается в ватсап присылали не верное время. Веревочный городок, скалодром работает по 1 часу в день в районе обеда. А для детей немного постарше, это грубо говоря одно из развлечений, рикси кидс все же для более маленьких. Вообщем сильное разочарование от риксосов, не сравнимо с тем, что было до 2022, видно что пытаются экономить на всем что можно. Что из премиальности осталось: это дорогие бутылечки косметики и по еде, была раз икра, раз красная рыба, а в остальном это обычная нормальная пятерка, но не за такие деньги. После уехали в отель классом ниже, при этом качество отдыха было выше. Конечно в риксосе очень выигрышное место, прекрасная природа, ухоженная территория, но отель сменил концепцию в не лучшую сторону, пытаются просто зарабатывать на былом имени. Спасибо за прошлые путешествия, они остались в нашей памяти на всю жизнь, но настало новое время и пора искать новые отели)

Большой отель, в былые времена роскошный, но в настоящее время очень уставший и потрепанный вид! Выбор еды большой, но не всегда все вкусно, но в любом случае, голодным не останешься! Кофе и чай просто ужас, самого низкого качества! Алкогольные коктейли пить невозможно, качество алкоголя и вид очень сомнительные! Пытались заказывать безалкогольный Мохито, так у них сегодня нет мяты, завтра лимона, лайм вообще редкость! Хаммам не работал (было подозрение, что включают только когда заплатишь за массаж), только сауна. В номере был чайник, но за 10 дней нам выдали только 1 раз 2 пакетика кофе, но всегда были в наличии сливки к нему! Долгое ожидание лифта, влажность в коридорах отеля! Море отличное!!! Пляж убирают! Шезлонгов много, народу тоже! У меня было ощущение переплаты за отель и за питание/напитки! Цена явно завышена!
