(There is an emergency swimming ring at the pool for your safety)You can get into the pool safely via spacious steps,you can relax on beautiful loungers with comfortable cushions, you can find shade under the palm trees or under the Mallorcan parasolThe property can accommodate up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom.In total, the villa "Estrella de Mar" has 240 square meters of living space anda terrace of around 380 square meters (covered in the seating area).from here you have a fantastic view along the coast from the lighthouse to the famous Es Trenc beach.So that you can enjoy the beautiful terrace even on cooler evenings, we are happy to provide you with a decorative gas heater.During the renovation, attention was always paid to quality and branded products(Rolf Benz, Leicht Küchen, Duravit, Hansgrohe, Kare, WMF ..)In order to be able to use the house all year round, an oil heating system, air conditioning and ceiling fans were installed on both floors.Year-round living comfort:In addition to the high season in summer, the mild spring and autumn are also wonderful times to travel.
