It has a full kitchen and all the other amenities that you need to make your stay feel like a home away from home!If you plan to prepare a more elaborate meal, please let us know so our cleaning staff can drop additional cookware and utensils prior to your arrival.There is a mini-split unit that provides heat and AC. The mini-split is located in the living room. The bedrooms do not have AC, but do have fans. Check in time 4:00pmCheck out time 10:00amParking is located under our south building. There is also 24-hour, free street parking. Additionally, there is a small city parking lot across the street that is also free of charge.We want to remind you that there are no staff onsite. But we are always available if you send us an email.Pet-Friendly Stays at The IconicaWe are happy to welcome well-behaved dogs at The Iconica! To help us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, we charge a $50 pet fee for additional cleaning.✔ Pet-Friendly Suites: We typically accommodate pets in Suites 1, 2, and 4. If those are unavailable, you’re welcome to book another suite, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your pet.✔ Leaving Your Pet Unattended? If you plan to attend an event and need to leave your dog behind, please ensure they remain quiet and comfortable in your absence.
