「Overall, the trip is all right. I guess the check-in process was delayed by almost 3 hours which really put a damper on things we were on our schedule. We just waited around the hotel lobby for a bit because our kids wanted to take a nap and did not feel like the waterpark. However, once we did get checked in the water parks were a fun time. Otherwise I really believe that Wyndham should honor their check-in times people run on a schedule and it should not be on the customer to rely on the inadequacies of their own preparation. Water parks are fun. There was a lot of walking. Overall, it would’ve been four if five stars if the check-in process was not delayed, we got the runaround with a couple Of employees and being told no time frame of when we could check in at all.」
