There is a small seating area on this porch if you are looking for a quiet place to read or relax! You enter the home in the main living area that includes the kitchen, living room, and dining area! Completely renovated in 2023 -updated floors, countertops, appliances, bedding, and furniture- our home is ready for you and your crew! The brand-new kitchen is fully loaded with plenty of counter space and new appliances! The dining area and peninsula off the kitchen allow you to have ample space for entertaining and meals. The table is set for six, but has a leaf so that it can fit everyone! All this is right off the cozy living room that looks over the canal! The home sleeps 10 comfortably. From the main living area, there are two bedrooms and a full bathroom on each side of the house. On one side you will find two large bedrooms that each host KING beds! They are connected by a Jack and Jill bath between the rooms. On the other side, you will find the full bathroom and two more secondary bedrooms. Each room can help fit any group. One room has a queen + twin trundle while the other is equipped with a bunk bed (twin over full) + an additional twin bed. Outside the home includes a screened in porch that spans the length of the house, an uncovered deck, and dock on the canal! Some beach essentials, an outdoor shower, and washer/dryer are included on the first floor under the home where you parked!!Ocean Isle Beach is an amazing little town with easy access to other parts of the coast. Our home offers the best of OIB located on the quiet West End on Jink’s Creek and a short 1.5 block (3 minute) walk to the beach. The backyard is a paradise with multiple porches, decks, putting green and a private pool. The house is spacious with over 4300 sq ft, large windows and high ceilings. The view is the best on the island. There are 5 bedrooms each with ensuite bathrooms. There is a fully stocked, large kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances including a Viking gas stove, Double Viking Ovens, Warming Drawer, Subzero refrigerator, beverage refrigerator, nugget ice maker, and two full dishwashers. There is an elevator that stops on all three floors. A game room with foosball table and arcade games is the perfect place to spend time after a long day on the waterways and beach. There is also a ping pong table and cornhole set. Enjoy putting in the backyard. As a guest, you will have access to kayaks and stand-up paddleboards for exploring Jink’s Creek and the Intracostal Waterway. There are also bicycles, beach cart, chairs, and toys for your use as well. There are games, puzzles, and toys for rainy days. There is an outdoor gas grill for your use. On the second floor is the master suite with amazing views of the ocean, a welcoming king bed, walk-in shower and large closet with plenty of storage space. On that same floor is a bedroom featuring a queen bed and twin daybed, which has its own ensuite bathroom with shower as well as a walk-in closet.GAME ROOM:We want to make sure you and your group has as much fun at the house as you do on the beach! Our game room on the ground floor has a digital pin ball machine, arcade game with the classics like Frogger, foosball and a ping pong table. Hang out and play casually or start up a tournament for bragging rights that can last until your next trip!OUTDOORS:We have our own private pool with plenty of chairs for soaking up the sun. Expansive decks on the front and back of the house offer plenty of outdoor seating with amazing views of both the ocean and the intracoastal waterway. Enjoy a cup of coffee watching the sunrise in the rocking chairs or relaxing in the swing.Note: The pool can be heated in March, April, May, September and October for an additional $85 per day. The canal is great for fishing, kayaking, and you can even rent a boat, or bring your own and keep it at our private dock. The home is 7 houses from the intracoastal waterway. It’s the Best of both worlds, relaxing on the canal, and easy access to the beach. We are walking distance to the new park/playground, restaurants, pier, mini golf, and much more. Get ready to relax by the water and enjoy the oasis we have created. Brand New Listing!!! We have 4 Tandem Kayak's that you are welcome to use during your stay! This home has 3 bedroom and 2 full bathrooms. We can accommodate 10 guests. One bedroom has a king size bed and large walk in closet. It also has its on access to the back balcony, that over looks the canal. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and its on bathroom. The third bedroom has custom built bunk beds. It has 2 twins on the top and 2 full size beds on the bottom. All the bedrooms have 55 inch smart t.v.'s. The kitchen is well equipped with all the basics for cooking. We have a laundry room downstairs with 2 washers and 2 dryer's. We also have a outside shower downstairs. AnchorDown is perfectly located near the beach on a natural canal. It is a short 7 minute walk to the beach, or a short golf cart ride. We also have a lift that you can use for luggage, cooler's and groceries. Please use responsibility, no kids on lift. . Ocean Isle is a golf cart friendly community. We also have a 6 person golf cart that is available for rent. You have access to everything except a storage closet downstairs. The beach house has its on floating dock. The dock and canal are meant to be enjoyed responsibly. Please note there are inherent dangers associated with water, including drowning. please be safe and wear a personal floatation device around the water. Monitor children and those that are not strong swimmers. We have beach chairs, beach cart, umbrella, a cooler, and Bluetooth speaker for stay. We also have beach games and corn hole boards. We have a gas grill for your use. We include all bed linens. Each guest will be provided a towel, wash cloth, and hand towel.
