This cozy beautiful studio apt is spacious and comfortable enough for a full months stay or a weekend away. Off street parking is private and free.We love DOGS so feel free to bring your pup. There is a small fee of $35 so please check that box. Please do let us know if Fido will be staying too.The spaceModern designer build with high-end custom materials and finishes throughout. This cozy studio-style space has a cushy queen bed, with luxury linens, down comforter and fluffy pillows. There is a large TV on the wall across from the bed. At the end of a full day of exploring/shopping/dining, kick off your shoes, heat up the left-overs and lounge in bed watching your favorite shows on Netflix.Please note the location in the description as we are in town and very close to the business district. As such you may experience some light noise in the early evening.Note: There is NO additional lounging space (couch, side chairs, etc) but there is a bistro table and chairs for morning coffee or intimate dinner for 2.The galley kitchenette is just off the sleeping space but separated and has full size stainless steel appliances, high-end fixtures, custom cabinetry, and granite countertops. Our home is right at the top of Broad St., a short walk down to bars, restaurants, coffee shops etc. You can also go for a beautiful hike along the Deer Creek on the Tribute Trail, right from our door. The house has three bedrooms, one on the main floor, and two upstairs. The living room and back porch are great for hosting and enjoying quality time. Small well trained pets are allowed after discussion.The spaceOur beautiful historic Victorian home was build in 1890, it’s very well taken care of and preserved. Gorgeous, bright and spacious main living area with furnished big back porch. Fully equipped kitchen with French door into the front yard with seating areas and blossoming flowers. Beautiful spacious master bedroom with king size bed and temperpedic mattress is on ground level. Next to it is full bath with shower. Upstairs we have two beautiful queen size bedrooms with temperpedic mattresses and one full bath with shower and bath tub. Plenty of closet space. Extra bedding. We take pride of high quality luxury sheets and hotel quality pillows. Soft and firm available. The entire house is very bright with plenty of sunshine. Live plants. Nest thermostat and cooling system. Alexa speaker for music. Best location ever in the heart of historic neighborhood attached to down town. Trail system the Tribute trail few minutes from the house. We also have lovely and respectful neighbors.Guest accessYou have access to entire main house, very beautiful front yard with furniture and decorative garden, back porch with dining table and day bed, driveway. You can also visit the backyard. You will receive door code and instructions from us the day of checking in.Other things to noteWe have another unit on the property with separate entrance with a very quiet tenant living in. She is a young woman who is very respectful, works most of the day. You wouldn’t probably even see her and will not hear her at all. She doesn’t park on the property. She walks down the driveway to the other side of the house to his unit. She does not have any access to the main house. We have a great relationship with her. The deck area outside Bedroom #2 is designated for the lower unit.✔ Please exercise extreme caution when enjoying the back deck. Watch your step if walking up or down the stairs and never leave children unattended on the deck. ✔ In an effort to maintain a clean environment throughout your stay, we respectfully request you remove your shoes upon entering the home. We provide a shoe shelf on the entry deck.✔ We have a very strict no party rule with this property. Any violation of this will be an immediate eviction & fine. ✔ Quiet times are from 10pm - 7am.✔ Parking - There is no on site parking available. Free street parking is available approximately 50 yards from the home. If you happen to be booking a stay during a holiday and/or special event, we highly recommend securing a parking spot early and don't move it until the event is over. Currently, Nevada City is low on free parking spots due to construction on the bridge. ✔ Pets: one well-behaved, well socialized dog is welcome at The Creekside Retreat with an additional $25 pet fee. Pets must never be left unattended in the rental at any time, whether or not in a kennel crate, without first checking with the host and getting approval. Pets must be under direct supervision if outside. Guests are required to clean up after their pets on the property and the surrounding area. As responsible pet owners, guests accept full responsibility for their pets and any damages caused by the pets during their stay.✔ We have a full home security system, external ring actively recording cameras & flood lights on the perimeter.
