總體環境值這個價格，很大的泳池，海灘不錯，設施不錯。就泳池有很多鳥，會有鳥粑粑。 但是！退房那天早上八點半！有人敲門，然後直接房門被打開了！是打掃衞生的，開門之後不知道説了個啥，就關上了，整的又害怕又沒睡好。 除此之外，其他工作人員還可以，服務蠻好，門口的幫忙拿行李的小哥和前台都很好

玻璃門隔音很差，户外酒吧喧嘩到半夜，早上七點就開始泳池吸污，你讓人家怎安睡？古老的龍頭用了兩天，也分不出旋哪放方向才是熱水；彎彎曲曲迷宮般的步梯，走了兩天上樓與下樓還是轉錯。推薦對考古有興趣的人士入住。

酒店距離海灘和林肯路等非常近，開窗就可以看見海，房間相對紐約的難得的大。

該酒店正在進行改造，一些整修工程看起來非常令人興奮！  不幸的是，早上 10 點的巨大敲擊聲和鑽孔聲，以及一名維修工誤入我的房間，都是令人討厭的另一面。 精彩片段  只要您最晚在早上 8:30 到達，早餐就會多種多樣，但當我們早上 9 點到達時，沒有水果和橙汁了。  沙灘毛巾  步行幾分鐘即可到達美麗的海灘  隔壁就是 CVS 店  可以改進的地方  房間裡有水  機場接送服務  不只一部電梯  馬路對面有一輛小型海灘無軌電車，可以免費帶您遊覽！工作人員很友好，但除了早餐時間可以延長之外，他們沒有提供任何信息

雙床房一家四口，沒有問題，床的大小足夠。 但房間內的空間和通道都非常狹窄，一般24”行李箱打開後，就完全沒位置走動，有點煩人。 服務員很熱情，也很樂於助人。 最驚喜是，酒店有免費單車借用，每日最多借用2小時，我們一家4口，借了4部單車，踏車遊走南海灘，也覺得非常值得的活動。

邁阿密中部沙灘，酒店門口就是沙灘。外形是五六十年代建築，內部是剛裝修的現代風格。室內住起來很舒服，就是周圍餐廳少了點。

Boulan South Beach – Honest Review I recently stayed at Boulan South Beach and overall had a great experience, with a few minor drawbacks. Positives: The location is fantastic—just one block from the beach and in a very walkable area surrounded by great restaurants and bars. The hotel itself offers solid amenities, including a small but relaxing rooftop pool with a bar. One of the highlights of my stay was dining at Orange Blossom, the on-site restaurant. The food was excellent, and I’d highly recommend checking it out even if you’re not staying at the hotel. The rooms are well-appointed, apartment-style suites that feel spacious and thoughtfully designed. I also appreciated how quiet the rooms were—perfect for getting a good night’s sleep after a day out. Negatives: That said, I was disappointed by the bed. The listing advertised a pillow-top mattress, but the bed was far from comfortable and fell short of our expectations. Also, for a room that otherwise felt luxurious, the lack of bathrobes was a small detail that would’ve really rounded out a luxurious experience. Additionally, while the room was clean, some of the design choices were lovely but weren’t the most practical for a hotel setting. The cloth-upholstered bed frame, while stylish, showed some staining—fabric furniture can be hard to keep looking fresh in a high-turnover “fun” environment. Similarly, the jute rug added visual texture but proves to be difficult to clean and showed signs of wear. Final Thoughts: Boulan South Beach is a solid choice if you’re looking for a stylish, well-located hotel in South Beach with great amenities and a quieter, more refined atmosphere. Just be aware of a few comfort and design trade-offs. It really is too bad, because Boulan is excellent on so many things and I would 100% go back and definitely recommend this hotel to others… However, the bed quality really brought down the overall appeal. If they can improve that one aspect, this would easily be a top-tier stay in South Beach.
