We suggest children should always be accompanied by an adult. We also recommend a well-planned list before walking down to the platform and dock. You will get your exercise on those stairs. There are amenities throughout including most appliances and cooking utensils you'll need, place settings for 16, BBQ grill with grilling accessories. There is plenty of outdoor seating on the decks and at the dock for relaxation and take in the scenery, especially the incredible sunsets.At the lake is a private dock with a 24 ft. boat slip. 2 Kayaks, 2 Paddle-boards and life vests are available for guests. Our dock and everything on it is provided for our guests. You may bring your own boat or rent one locally. The neighborhood provides a locked, boat trailer storage area offsite for guests and homeowners.INTERNET: WiFi internet provided by Starlink is available at the house right now. It provides high speed access but will not seem as fast as cable or fiber.
