These precautions are implemented because there are many individuals that are allergic to dogs, and we have to be cautious, but at the same time, want to allow a family’s precious pet to join them on vacation too. This dog fee reflects regular pets or any service dogs. Any pet damage, excretion stains, hair or smell left behind from a pet will incur an additional cleaning charge of $200 which will charged to the renter. NO CATS ALLOWED. FIREPIT AND FIREPLACE: A wood burning fireplace will keep you cozy in the winter in the main living room. There is also a fire pit and seating for 8 outside on the property for your enjoyment. Please either bring your own firewood or you can use our wood for a fee of $30 for a reasonable amount of wood (20-30 pieces).
