Beachfront condo on East Grand Traverse Bay with 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath (sleeps 2-3). This unit is on the ground level, only steps from the beach on Grand Traverse Bay. The floor plan has a panoramic view of East Bay from the kitchen, dining and living areas, as well as from the private deck. If it is a bit chilly you can relax in the heated outdoor pool and hot tub (Memorial Day until Labor Day). The interior is contemporary and relaxed, featuring a kitchen with stainless steel appliances, stove top (no oven, sorry), refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, quartz countertops, island with bi-level bar seating​, washer and dryer, and modern fixtures. The living room has a queen size sofa sleeper, a ​dining table that seats four, and a large HD flat screen TV with cable service. The bathroom​ is open ​with a large walk-in shower, quartz countertops, and matte black fixtures.The bedroom has a king-sized bed and a second HD flat screen. The duvet on the comforter is changed for every stay as well as the mattress pad and pillow protectors.For your convenience we supply beach towels (4), dish soap, dishwasher pods, paper towels, TP, laundry detergent, laundry dry rack, laundry basket, ice cube trays, shampoo, conditioner and body wash (if you love ice you might want to grab a bag when you get groceries).This is in an excellent location that is close to downtown TC, restaurants, brew pubs, wineries, ​and beaches! The fully stocked kitchen includes coffee, spices, paper towels, trash bags, oil spray, ziplock bags, containers, and more. The immaculate bathroom includes toilet paper, hair dryer, towels, and all-in-one wash. There is also a laundry room with a washer, dryer, and detergent so you can go home with clean clothes. Dogs:As dog owners ourselves, we know how important it is to bring your small to medium sized pup with you on vacation (Please do not exceed 50 lbs). Please keep your well-behaved and potty-trained dog always on a 6 foot leash. If your dog is an excessive barker, this may not be the place for them. Because the condo is new (and we’d love to keep it that way for our guests), please do not allow your dogs up on the couches unless you place our provided pet blanket on top of the couch. And of course, always clean up after them outside the property. Guest Access:This condo is located on the 3rd floor and there is an elevator or stairs to get there. The 10 2-person rooftop hot tubs are located on the 5th floor which are ready for use and you can take the elevator to get to. For your convenience, there is one designated free parking spot right on the condo property.
