A perfect space if you’re looking for some peace and quiet. Take the stairs up to the main floor where you’ll find a sunny, open layout floor plan that has a living room with a floor-to-ceiling window, a well-stocked kitchen, stainless steel appliances, a dining table for 4-6 people, a smart TV/some free TV networks, a writing desk, and skylights galore. Hardwood floors throughout giving the space a warm and inviting feel. The hallway leads to a linen closet, a master bedroom that features its own very private balcony with a sitting area for two, plus a gorgeous second bathroom with marble floors and a relaxing soaking tub. Rubber duckie optional! :-)With six skylights it makes the place feel very bright and airy! Recently updated with new furnishings, bedding, bath, and kitchen amenities.Parking is not an issue, as you can park one car in the garage, or find space in either the main lot or street parking if needed.
