我选择这家酒店是因为我在各种平台上看到评论说它有桑拿设施。我就是想找一家有桑拿的酒店！这才是我的真正目的。与其他有桑拿的酒店相比，考虑到其豪华的设施和环境，这家酒店的价格非常合理，这也是我选择它的原因。然而，当我到达酒店并询问前台后，却得知水疗和桑拿服务早已停止/正在装修，这让我非常失望。说实话，我实在找不到其他理由继续住在这里了。 不过，我对房间非常满意。房间干净整洁，达到了五星级标准，配有浴缸，电视也运行良好，总而言之，我非常兴奋和开心。酒店的设施和环境也同样美丽而令人印象深刻——大堂优雅而高贵，通往客房的电梯宽敞豪华，游泳池又大又漂亮，咖啡厅宽敞舒适，提供美味的食物，而且还有付费的水疗服务。 总而言之，一切都非常美好奢华，我非常满意——绝对物超所值。唯一的缺点就是没能体验桑拿。仅此而已。4/5星。一流。

服务很棒，每个人都非常友好。这里有射箭场、很棒的游泳池和足球场。房间非常干净舒适，只是卫生间可以改进一下。我们一行六人（外加一位客人），在他们的 Rocksalt 餐厅用餐。服务人员依然非常热情周到，但食物我只能给一星（满分五星）。不过早餐还不错。肯定会再次光顾。附上他们在 Rocksalt 泳池拍摄的日落照片。

需要去巴淡島享受一次按摩。我之前在阿斯頓酒店住過，感覺很開心，但由於假期原因，當時的價格大約是平時的兩倍。我只花了大約 50 新元，對於一間配有浴缸和沙發的特大號床房來說，這真的很便宜。飯店本身比較舊，而且不如阿斯頓飯店乾淨，但早餐要好得多。

Third time to visit and I love this place. Great for families with toddlers. Staffs are very nice and accomodating, from receptionist to food servers to housekeeping. Great people.

很乾凈，房間很大，床很舒服。走路出來10分鐘就到fave hotel那邊的kopitiam了。去nagoya mall也就步行15分鐘距離。大多數grab都知道這個地方。挺好的。 衹是電梯衹有兩架，等比較久。 房間洗澡熱水器時冷時熱，洗得不是很舒服。

酒店的設施有些偏舊，衞生程度還可以。酒店裡麪可以看到猴子，松鼠。所以這種海邊的度假酒店衞生衹能做到這個程度了。海邊的景色和風景非常漂亮，泳池有兩個非常大可以玩。拍照非常出片。可以説這個海邊的風景是整個巴淡島的頂配了。酒店周邊非常偏僻，出行基本靠打車。

酒店派司機準時到碼頭接載，離開時也有免費送到碼頭的服務，雖然酒店離碼頭蠻遠，約半個鍾車程，但是有免費接送服務就不成問題。每天早上11點有一趟車送客人到當地最大的商場Grand Batam Mall，下午3點到商場接客回酒店。酒店環境清幽，設備也算齊全，衹是設施都有一點老舊失修。服務人員的服務精神極佳，親切友善。早餐的選擇也很多，衹是味道很一般。
