基瑪是聖托裏尼特別溫暖,溫馨和熱情的地方。它位於伊亞的一個美麗地區,既方便又寧靜。當我們從機場到達套房附近時,一位非常友好的紳士,在我們下車後已經在等着迎接我們,並親切地幫助我們把沉重的行李從樓梯上搬到套房。接待工作人員Xeno非常友好,提供了關於套房的詳細信息,以及探索Oia的地圖的有用介紹。 套房很乾淨,裝修溫馨,家常希臘風格,沙發區、臥室、衛生間都佈置得很周到,使用方便。阿里斯還在我們的套房外面爲我們提供早餐,讓我們在陽光下享受游泳池的晚餐,享受柔和的音樂,這是一個可愛的體驗。 無論是白天還是晚上,泳池景觀和經典的Oia風景都絕對令人驚歎,從套房來看,客房服務周到友好,使我們的住宿更加舒適。Xeno在安排不同的服務時也非常有幫助,以便在我們需要時探索聖托裏尼。當我們離開時,他幫助我們預訂了一輛舒適的私人車到機場,阿里斯再次在那裏協助我們搬運行李。 總的來說,我們在Kima度過了一個非常美好的住宿,創造了聖托裏尼的美好回憶。我強烈推薦Kima給尋求舒適和放鬆假期的旅行者!

I truly don’t even know where to begin with Elizabeth… she is exceptional. Our stay at Theano Cave Suites was beautiful, immaculate, and exactly as pictured online, but Elizabeth is what made our experience feel genuinely 5-star. Before we even arrived in Santorini, she had everything arranged for us. A private driver was waiting at the port with our name, our room was ready early, and from the moment we arrived, we honestly didn’t have to think about a thing. She completely took everything off our plate. Every morning she prepared the most incredible homemade breakfast, at whatever time we preferred, and would help us plan our day… where to go, what to see, transportation, reservations… everything. She somehow made everything feel effortless while still being incredibly personal and genuine. My husband and I were completely blown away by her. We actually decided to stay an extra night in Santorini because of the experience she created for us.  The suite itself is beautiful, clean, peaceful, and everything you would hope for… but Elizabeth is what makes this place unforgettable. I can confidently say that if we return to Santorini, I would specifically return here just to have Elizabeth as our host again. If you are looking for a carefree, luxurious and truly special experience in Santorini… book this place. And if you have Elizabeth taking care of you, consider yourself incredibly lucky. She is truly one of the best things this island has to offer. 🤍

總的來說，我們住得很愉快，景色也很美。地理位置非常便利——雖然不在伊亞最熱鬧的區域，也不靠近城堡，但餐廳和商店都在步行幾分鐘的範圍內，而且我們還能在酒店欣賞到美麗的日落。 入住前後的溝通都很順暢。房東在WhatsApp上回覆非常迅速，尤其是在我們一開始找不到確切入口的時候。我們的房間是複式套房，設計精美，寬敞乾淨。要注意的是，到達飯店需要爬不少台階，所以攜帶大件行李可能會有點累。另外，飯店不提供早餐，考慮到美麗的露臺和景色，如果包含早餐就更好了。 我們遇到的主要問題是在第一晚，浴室的排水管堵塞了，淋浴後水倒灌進了房間。當時已經是晚上11點半左右，無法立即維修，所以只能自己清理。第二天早上，工作人員檢查了問題並安排了維修。大約花了一到兩個小時，第二天晚上我們沒有再遇到同樣的問題。 問題最終得到了解決，我們對此表示感謝。不過，如果之後能有更多後續跟進，服務會更加完善，尤其考慮到住宿的價格。值得一提的是，由於我們之後預訂了接送服務，飯店在退房時間上也給予了我們很大的彈性。 總的來說，飯店的位置、房間和景色都非常棒，如果沒有排水問題，我們的住宿體驗將會非常完美。

There's so much to say about the beautiful Mardanza Suites. Firstly, the views are SPECTACULAR. I felt we got this place at a steal for such views of the crater from the balcony. Location is right at the heart of Imerovigli - no complaints. You can take a 25 mins walk down to Fira, take a public bus, or drive over. Walk is scenic but the summer heat can be brutal. Do consider your luggage though as there are quite a few steps before you get to the suites. Although, Veronica was kind to arrange for a porter to help us bring our 25kg luggage down when we arrived. Additional porter services are available if you texted her in advance. Check-in was fast and straight-forward. Veronica meets you personally and goes through the house rules. We brought food back to the villa on a couple occasions to enjoy the crater view. It really is magnificent at sunset. And just a 10 mins walk away from the Sakros Rock too. Place is not over packed like in Oia, and you get equally stunning views. The only downside really, was that the electricity kept tripping on us. There were 3 occasions the electricity tripped, once was overnight for 6 hours... Thankfully, the room was somehow kept cool even without the AC. There's a balcony so insects are inevitable. But they didn't pose too much of a problem. Overall, we'd still recommend the place :)

At first we enjoyed staying at the suite as it has a great view and a private location. It is also next to the Castle of Oia. However they arranged rather expensive transfers at 70 euros for transfer to the port and 60 euros for transfer to the airport. We managed to find much cheaper transfers online. By this we are talking about 20 euros cheaper per trip. We had to share a cab with other people for their expensive transfer, whereas we managed to arrange a private car online. What was the last straw was that the staff never delivered breakfast by the requested time over the course of our 4-night stay. When we asked for breakfast at 8, breakfast came at 8.30 even they knew we had a flight to catch and we had scheduled checkout at 8:50. What frustrated us the most is that, when we told them that breakfast was late, they started giving excuses like there are other customers who had early checkouts and requested breakfast early. It shows that they have prioritised other customers over us, without explaining why. They tried arguing and giving excuses before even performing their service or apologising. I hesitate to call this customer service. The least they could do was to apologise at first opportunity and make up for it, but this did not happen. What's worse? We paid more than 500 euros per night! So think twice before you book this place.

Very enjoyable experience, the two staffs are very friendly, offer a delicious breakfast for us. The honeymoon suites have a beautiful view and tidy room. We will introduce this hotel to our friends who want to travel to Santorini.

這家酒店最大的優點是位置好，離費拉車站非常近，而且對面就是一個大超市，物價便宜，可以隨時去補充礦泉水和零食。其他就比較普通吧，入住時的房間靠近馬路非常嘈雜，馬上換了遠離主馬路的房間，窗户對面是另外一家酒店，有時候早上會有施工的聲音傳來。酒店最不可思議的是衞生間，沒有地方放衞生紙和浴液，衞生紙放在門外的洗手枱上，衹能開門上廁所。衞生會每天來清掃，我們入住了四天，早餐還算豐富，會每天變換花樣。站在游泳池邊上，可以看到大海。價格在聖島來説還算實惠。服務有待更主動和熱情吧。

不是酒店，民宿而已。攜程上面的地址完全不對，根本找不到，電話不接。折騰了2小時，遇見個當地好心老太太，幫我們聯繫上了房東。房東讓我們在原地等待來接我們，誰知道來了以後就Google上給了個定位，讓我們拖着行李自己步行20分鐘過去.....和Airbnb上同類型的房間比較，也就是多了個房間打掃，送了份早餐而已，性價比很低。小朋友每天還要多收70歐元。

伊亞一家非常漂亮的飯店。我們欣賞了最美的景色！請注意，這家飯店不適合行動不便人士入住，因為進出飯店需要爬坡和下坡。早餐非常美味，量也足夠了。我們非常喜歡在這裡的住宿。
