尋找伯恩矛斯 4 星級飯店

早餐不錯，有停車場，可以加床帶孩子。酒店對顧客特別貼心客氣。我們1月17日很晚從倫敦希思羅機場趕到酒店，戴眼鏡的前台很熱情接待我們，還幫我們拿行李送到房間。我們是來參加國標舞比賽，原本訂了4天酒店，但老師讓早來1天，後來我們又加訂了1天。住完1天，因為房型問題必須換房再住4天，我們大包小包的不想折騰，一個女性主管lady leader,特別貼心，幫我們換到隔壁，非常方便；我們定的雙床，但是新房間是單床大床房，為了我們方便，就加了1張床，我們非常感謝。而且後面幾天，她還來問候我們住的是否舒適，特別熱情周到。希望以後再來參加UK OPEN 比賽時還住這家賓館！

位置優越,酒店房間,大堂和游泳池都很乾淨舒適,房間寬敞明亮,牀很舒服,浴室很好。 游泳池非常好,很高興在酒店有這個。 早餐很棒,有各種各樣的選擇,我們喜歡這個。

總體入住這家公寓不錯,在這裏感覺唯一的問題就是2樓有房間,已經提過我有寶寶,所以帶着寶寶和他的嬰兒車在樓梯上下來再上去很困難。當我得知我得到了2樓的房間時,我要求,但他們仍然沒有改變我的房間,我也要求他們可以在1天后改變(因爲我預訂了兩晚)。房間裏只有一個風扇也很髒,我不得不要求另一個,因爲我們是3個成年人,有兩張牀。在設施中,有人提到公寓配有熨斗,但那不在那裏,我不得不單獨要求。雖然後來提供了備用的桌子風扇,第二天又提供了熨斗。 總的來說,公寓很乾淨,維護得很好,他們只需要改善服務。

We were looking forward to our two night stay at the Mirimar hotel as we had heard some good things about it as a venue for weddings etc. Unfortunately our room was adjacent to fans outside so we had to keep the window closed at night. The floors were very squeaky and it was quite noisy during the evening time from above us. The bed was large but most uncomfortable. Too hard for us so we had to sleep on the duvet doubled over. The reception staff were really kind and pleasant to talk to and always acknowledged us when we passed by. Having said all that, the room was very clean if rather tired looking. Would we stay again? Probably not unless we could afford a suite overlooking the sea.

Lovely hotel in a good location a 10 minute downhill walk to the beach. The Spa was wonderful spent every morning in there it had a Sauna and a Steam room . Breakfast was good and my room was clean with a Shower and a comfy bed. We will be back

Nice hotel, not far from the beach. Breakfast was good but was only until 9.30am. Rooms were nice, spacious and clean we had a balcony room with lovely views of the beach, the rooms were quite hot and no A.C which is needed in hot weather. The outdoor pool is heated but no indoor pool for when the weather isn’t good. Staff were helpful and friendly.

因為地理位置 住了有幾次了 這次住了十一晚，是最久的一次了 房間面積是小小的 早飯一般般般般般 趕上電梯維修三個月 大行李箱抬上樓挺費力 房間剛好在餐廳上面，每天晚上音樂崩崩崩到九點半以後，影響睡眠… 千萬別酒店裡吃牛排，披薩還湊合

工作人員很棒,但是,內外游泳池關閉。桑拿關閉了。酒店不值得3星級。在很小的羅恩沒有空調,沒有行李的地方,房間很小。臥室裏沒有電話。im殘疾人,在一樓,沒有電梯到那層。他們不迎合殘疾人,有很多台階。這個地方很破舊,到處都需要繪畫。太陽外面的桌子和椅子已經拍了遠離所有的清漆。房間很乾淨,浴室還可以。這個地方需要徹底檢修。非常失望,因爲我只住了一晚,花了85.74歐元。然後我在camborne的另一家酒店住了6晚,只支付了300英鎊6晚上,它是3星級,包括全套英式早餐。在伯恩茅斯東克里夫,費用不包括早餐。我和一些工作人員交談,他們告訴我,當這麼多人不得不向遊客道歉時,他們厭倦了抱怨。顯然,業主這麼久要麼不聽,要麼不在乎。這家酒店應該降級。
