This is a crown jewel in UK! Boutique hotel with fantastic service and hospitality. So friendly and world top notch professional service that only another 5-star hotel in Kensington London can compared to (in other words, other 5-star hotels can’t even reach such high standard). I got butler service. Front desk Hannah is very friendly and helpful with sweet smiles. Greeted by GM and was guided to see some suites. Breakfast is gorgeous. Suite is clean with top brand kitchen facility. You can’t find a better 5-star hotel at this room rate. I’ll definitely come to stay here again and again. Thanks so much for your great service!

酒店的地理位置處於市中心，房間也算大，早餐也很豐盛。 唯一不好的點是酒店房間衞生一般，在房間的燈發現了兩處蜘蛛網，而且都是很低位置的燈，連住兩天，酒店的工作人員一直都沒發現。。還有入住的時候廁所也沒洗乾淨。安排的還是尾房不太喜歡。除了這些酒店還是可以的。退房時間是11點。

Great hotel, lovely looking and welcoming foyer. Hotel staff were excellent, well mannered, attentive and friendly. Rooms were nice and clean with a modern TV. A bit pricey for food and drinks. My shower was pretty cold at 5am in the winter unfortunately and a staff member did try to help to no avail. Would stay again but it's unlikely that this is the first time that hot water has been a problem, you would imagine there would be checks and/or protocols for handling this situation, especially in winter.

非常好，離主街非常近，是那種乾淨精緻的感覺，三樓看出去的景色也不錯，走路4.5分鐘的Red Panda中餐很好吃。早餐也是很有秩序，自己可以做華夫餅，很好吃。滿意。

基於上次入住體驗不俗，故此行第二次入住同一間Lenoardo Hotel，而是入住酒店的“舊冀”房間。明顯房間設施不及新冀，例如沒獨立冷氣，只能靠窗戶通風，USB插頭只有一個，而且怕是因老舊損壞而沒及更換，故影響充電效能，這怕是是次入住的瑕疵吧！

我們在The Malone度過了一個夢幻般的住宿。可愛的寬敞房間。很棒的早餐,可愛的酒吧食物。也很棒有免費停車場。不錯的放鬆酒店 酒店位于貝爾法斯特的一個可愛區域,就在女王大學,烏爾斯特博物館和植物園的拐角處。步行到市中心也很方便。酒店的所有工作人員都非常友好和樂於助人。我強烈推薦馬龍酒店。

非常安靜的地方，離市區開車有一些距離，這種有點像家庭旅館，住在3樓那天懶得搬箱子了，我們直接都放在車上了，拿了洗漱用品就上樓了，這點有點不方便，熱水冷水切換也是不方便啊

Rooms are OKAY, be aware there is no LIFT, so you might have to climb stairs as it is 5 stories house converted. Breakfast time is too short should be around 7-11 or 8-11. Rest is Okay
