Find style and comfort in this new construction cottage. Queen bed is a comfortable Sealy. Pullout sofa is a Queen La-Z-Boy Tempur-Pedic. Recliner in living area. Cotton sheets with 680 thread count. Twin air mattress available. Fiber internet w/ ultra fast Wi-Fi. Smart TV with Netflix and apps. Black out blinds in bedroom. All blinds top down or bottom up to let light in and have privacy. On demand hot water heater. USB ports on nightstands, lamps and in kitchen.This is a separate cottage built in 2022 directly behind our main house across the backyard. There is a bedroom with a closing door and closet. There’s an open plan area consisting of the kitchen with full size appliances (washer/dryer, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven/cooktop, microwave, large sink with pullout with sprayer option, garbage disposal, drip coffee pot, coffee bean grinder, Ninja blender, hot water kettle and toaster), dining area with a glass table and fours chairs, and living area with a cozy pullout sleeper and a rocker/recliner. We also have a twin air mattress and bedding for those who may want to sleep separately or parties of five that fits in the living area. The bathroom has a deep tub with a shower head that’s adjustable and can be mounted or handheld, tiled walls and clear glass sliding doors. The bathroom sink is a handmade ceramic turquoise bowl with a waterfall faucet. Kitchen and bathroom countertops are white mountain quartzite. Cabinets are all beautiful knotty hickory. Many of the lights throughout the cottage have dimmer switches so you can adjust the brightness. There is a mini-split heating and air conditioning system with two heads in the main area and another mini-split with one head in the bedroom for comfortable temperature control; they each have their own remote.
