Great place for families and very nice location!

我訂的是53平方大套房，有廚房，廚房裡燒飯用的用品基本上都有，可滿足簡單做飯。 環境：可以 衞生：滿意 服務：可以 下次來還會繼續訂

性價比不高，地理位置優越，步行至體育館看冰球比賽5分鐘，主要是針對球迷設立的酒店。自住早餐，味道一般，總之住一晚便於沒車的客人。

我們在迪士尼樂園和迪士尼加州冒險之旅期間在這裏住了4晚,我們的經歷簡直就是例外。從開始到結束,一切都是無縫的。 接待人員始終如一地樂於助人,富有洞察力,顯然是他們所做的專家,你可以告訴他們對自己的工作感到驕傲。酒店本身一塵不染,維護得很好。每天提供免費早餐。雖然早餐不太符合我個人的口味,但我認識到這是一個偏好的問題。 我們的房間配備了微波爐,迷你冰箱,甚至浴缸。空調和暖氣完美地配合在一起,我們欣賞了城市的可愛景色。它真的感覺像一個家外之家。 多年來我們住過很多酒店,這很容易成爲最好的酒店之一,我們下次訪問絕對會回來。

Location is very close to Disneyland which is perfect, about 7-10 minute walk. It is hard to see the actual hotel because of the surrounding tall buildings but the small entrance is right next to Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. We are a family of 6 with 16,7,8 and 3 year old kids. We were given a corner room, 2 queen bed suite. Room location is not ideal, we have a view of the hotel’s HVAC system. I think the suite is quite small but it does not matter to us since we didn’t book to stay at the hotel but to spend in Disneyland. I have one complaint about the room: the charging station (one) by the night stand was not working, as well as the reading light on one of the beds. This is personally important to me as I need to charge my phone at the end of the day and I need it close to my bed for easy access. The bathroom is clean. Spacious stand in shower. Great water pressure and temperature. Spacious bathroom vanity with large LED mirror. Towels are enough. Toiletries are complete. Room kitchen is complete with a spacious fridge. Room sofa is ok, not the most comfortable but it is not a deal breaker for me. The sofa can turn into a bed but we didn’t use it. One large tv in the living area and one large tv in the bedroom. I think the closet size is decent, has limited number of hangers. Hotel lobby and dining area is clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly, courteous and professional. Free buffet breakfast when I booked, it was good- depending on the day, they offered scrambled eggs, sausage, Canadian bacon, tater tots, fried potatoes, grapes and honeydew, different flavored yogurt, make-your-own-Mickey-waffles, bagels. They have all the condiments and all kinds of drinks. You can order food from your room from outside places (room service) but the choices are limited and of course more expensive; we used DoorDash instead as the price is about the same, if not, cheaper and the choices are endless and it was delivered right to our room anyway. Check in and check out process is quick and smooth. I’d say our stay was comfortable and enjoyable for the most part!

房間很大，床也很大，枕頭挺舒服的。不過室內整體燈光比較昏暗，不適合晚上辦公。健身房太小，有些設施不好用，健身不如去la fitness。 酒店位置很好，離高速很近，附近有超市餐飲等等。lax開車過去40多分鐘吧。 前台的幾個工作人員都很熱情。 窗户隔音還不錯，聽不到附近機場的噪音。但是房間隔音很一般，樓上、隔壁、門外的動靜都很清楚。窗簾遮光倒是很好。

酒店離迪士尼很近，晚上在房間也能看到煙花，地理位置確實還不錯的，選擇這家酒店是因為他們有洗衣房。前台的服務員都挺耐心和友好的，請注意這家酒店可能客房挺滿的，所以我們到達的時候2點50左右都不能提前入住的，必須等到3點才能拿房卡。另外房間設定挺舊的，浴室洗手盤上的燈是壞的。洗衣服的話，洗衣粉需要自己買，可以在小賣部拿了到前台結賬，2刀一小盒（一次洗衣服的分量）。洗衣房有2個洗衣機是壞的，所以早上洗衣服等了挺長時間。另外，早餐真的很難吃，種類很少。如果沒有洗衣服或者大家可以接受酒店付費的洗衣/乾衣服務，個人建議不要訂這家酒店。

The water pressure in the shower was terrible! The water was just trickling out of the shower head! Then the water got cold while I was still showering! What should have only taken 7 minutes to shower ended up taking 20 minutes! Just terrible! The sofa couch had no sheets, no pillows. The food was good except that there was only one waffle maker for everyone to use so I didn’t get a waffle. Then now the icing on top of the cake was a bus with a trailer behind it was parked in the red zone on the back of the hotel where I was parked. I have a big truck and I could not back up and get out! There were cars on both sides of me! I went back to the desk and Destiny, who was so nice tried to help me. She went to the bus trying to locate the bus driver, to no avail. Then she spoke with someone that was on the bus and he did not know where the bus driver was either! Finally the people who were parked to my left came out and were leaving, thank goodness! I finally was then able to back out and leave! I just had a very bad experience. Plus the hotel’s location was very far from Disneyland and in a semi bad area. I don’t know that I would recommend this hotel. Basically this hotel caused me some incredible stressed experience. Not good!

雖然都給了四顆星，但設施給了5顆，理由是，他們家可以做飯，也是我們連着住的最久的，孩子在附近學校夏令營，沒有提前定，找了一圈，這個最合適了，但美麗國的電磁爐温度不高，但早上做個早點可以，樓下有個服務員，印尼的吧，瘦瘦的態度不是很好，到底收早餐特別快，我們提了點建議，早餐一般吧，咖啡隨便喝，可以用洗衣機洗衣服，適合長住

很乾淨!離迪士尼樂園不太遠,我們兩天都能找到停車,對我來說是必須的。我唯一的問題是在辦理入住時,幫助我的男人非常善良,但旁邊櫃檯上的女人非常粗魯,把我的身份證從他身邊帶走,然後盯着我看,然後對我非常指責。我不知道她是否認爲這是假的,或者是什麼,但它很尷尬,非常粗魯。我的另一個問題是,當我們在8:30左右(早餐在9:30結束)下來吃早餐時,他們幾乎完全沒有食物了(剩下的都是一些土豆,穀類和燕麥片),當我們問廚房工作人員是否要去重新儲存我們被粗魯地忽視,直到最後她說他們已經放出來的是他們當天要做的事情。總的來說,位置和房間都很棒,只是一些工作人員把它毀了一點。(除了爲我們辦理登機手續的那個人,他非常友善!)。這不是一個可怕的經歷,但如果我付出了這麼多,我期望得到更好的服務。
