Cozy Cottage, perfect for couples or small families. Short walk away from the inlet and all the shops and restaurants surrounding. This is a 350 sq ft cottage. This beautiful bungalow is completed with a queen size bed, a pull out couch (full), a full bathroom, a large outside shower, tv, internet, kitchenette with large dorm sized refrigerator and freezer, small kitchen sink, and hot plate with pots and pans. Recently renovated because of Hurricane Dorian, we have also added an outside shower to a list of the amenities, and If you are looking to escape and enjoy the freedom from the hustle and bustle of day to day life, this is your perfect island paradise. Don't forget the dogs! Dogs are allowed for a small additional fee. Please leave the cottage better than you found it! We do not provide linens, towels, or paper products. This is my personal cottage, so please respect it as if it were your grandmothers :). Check in is at 2pm, Check out is 11am. If you have any specific request don’t hesitate to ask, I promise you I’m a friendly fellow. There are golf carts available at the house one is dedicated for guest use. This two bedroom, one bath open floor plan apartment is located on the second floor of a three-unit building which includes a potential business on the first floor. Enjoy a large front porch that spans the entire width of the building, facing toward Silver Lake Harbor. A small second partially covered deck is located off the dining area. Spend relaxation time in the rocking chairs watching the world go by, or enjoy meals or refreshments on the outdoor dining table. Two Bedrooms, 1 Bath: 1 with Queen, 1 with Pyramid Bed (double on bottom and twin on top). The bath has a shower stall. Amenities include central air conditioning/heat, ceiling fans, complimentary wireless Internet access, and cable TV.
