A very warm home for three couples or a family of 6 or less. Three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. Nice open floor plan from kitchen to eating area to TV family room. Plenty of kitchen supplies for cooking. Grill on deck. Three TVs: family room, master bedroom and upstairs loft. Lovely UNADVERTISED space includes a loft area to chill and watch movies or read a book. The added upstairs area must be self cleaned as the cleaner will not clean the upstairs. The beds are not for sleeping due to the Worcester County laws of not having the bedrooms divided by a wall.Beautiful screened in porch along with an open deck that looks out on the water with beautiful sunsets. Outside deck is nice and large and is perfect for dining. Bicycles and Kayaks are available along with helmets and life vests. Please rinse off the kayaks if used. It's a little tricky get in and out of them from the lagoon. Lots of restaurants within the neighborhood including the Yacht Club, Southgate Grill, Southside deli, The Public House etc. Ocean Downs Casino is nearby on the bayside if you want to venture out for a fun night. Our home is a simple, quaint rental with just what you need for a restful trip.The PropertyThis three bedroom unit provides a fully equipped kitchen with a small tv, a living room with seating for five and a large, flat screen tv on the wall. The kitchen includes all basic pots, pans and utensils, a crockpot, dining table for 6 and all the basics you could need. With three bedrooms and four beds, we can sleep up to four people at a time. Bedroom 1 has a queen sized bed (60"x80"), bedroom 2 has a full sized beds (54" x 72") and bedroom three has a bunk bed with two twin beds (39" x 75") for the little ones. With a washer and dryer in unit, free WiFi, parking for two, a gas grill and a large deck to enjoy your morning coffee and beautiful weather, our property has everything you need to enjoy your vacation.The CommunityAt White Horse Park, you will have access to a community pool (passes provided), a bay front waterfront, pavilion and playground, all within walking distance of the rental.
