Beautiful two-bedroom, one bath ground floor pool side condo located at 7th & Ocean Ave. Take a dip in the relaxing pool after a day at the beach then enjoy the sunsets from the wraparound sundeck, fireworks on Friday nights, watching the waves and catching an ocean breeze. 2 Grills Pool side, 3rd floor deck is a common area that has an awesome view of the Ocean two tables and 4 lounge chairs.
