Quick and easy access to Rte 75 and The Florida Turnpike for a day's adventure in Orlando, just 90 minutes away. If you have dirty dishes, just put them in dishwasher and start it and remove containers of food from the fridge and drop your garbage in the provided garbage can. Turn off lights and lock doors and close garage door upon leaving..Guest accessThe guests will have access to the entire house and garage with the exception of one small supply cabinet in the garage.Other things to noteFor our guests' enjoyment, a second television (32 inch) with Spectrum cable is in the primary bedroomBoth televisions have Spectrum cable package that includes Spanish speaking stations.We do not charge a pet fee or cleaning fee. When preparing to check out, we ask that the beds be left unmade. It is not necessary to strip them. We ask that all used towels and washcloths be left on the bathroom floor and any dirty dishes be put in the dishwasher and the dishwasher started. Remove food containers from the fridge and empty the garbage in the provided garbage can.
