Bedroom two has a private en-suite with one queen bed and one, twin over twin bunk bed. Large kitchen with refrigerator/freezer, oven, microwave, built-in stove top, washer/dryer, all basic cooking utensils/pots/pans providedOur lodge is on the 2nd floor of an all metal warehouse. You will have access to the rental unit which is accessible via the back of the building. The 1st floor of the warehouse is for the owner's personal storage.Wanting to bring a few more people? No problem! There's an additional lock-off on the second floor just off the kitchen near the owner's unit (owner does not live on-site) with an additional 4 beds (2 bunk beds) and full bathroom. Our private rentals are conveniently located on Highway 23 half way between Mile Markers # 3 and # 4 in Venice, Louisiana - home to the World's Best Fishing! There is ample parking for boats and trailers and for a group and extended stays. Our private rental is simply superior - it includes all of the luxuries and comforts of home to maximize your enjoyment and pleasure while in Venice. Our rental unit is a 3 Bedroom/2 Full Bathroom modular home with over 1300 square feet of living space and sleeps 8 guests, with each person having his/her own bed. It is nicely appointed and fully furnished. It includes a fully equipped kitchen, satellite television, outside deck, and barbeque pit. It has an open floor plan which includes a large living room, dining, and kitchen combination and includes fishing photographs of past guests and their catch. The fully equipped kitchen that includes a Refrigerator, Range, Dishwasher, Microwave, Coffee Pot, and Toaster Oven. All of the pots, pans, dishware, and utensils are provided. There is a utility room that includes a washing machine and dryer. The master bedroom includes a queen bed and twin bed, the second bedroom includes a bunk bed with a twin mattress up and a full mattress down, and the third bedroom includes 2 bunk beds, with twin mattresses up and full mattresses down. This Rental sleeps 8 guests with each person having his own bed. It has quality mattresses and linens for a good night's sleep. Towels are included too.The Rental has satellite television, an attached wood deck with exterior tables & chairs and a barbeque pit for you to grill. Kingfish Private Rental is located less than a 1/2 mile from Yellow Cotton Marina, and approximately 4 miles from Cypress Cove Marina and The Venice Marina.
