I checked out from the hotel some time after 8am, and upon inspection of the room, their housekeeper and front desk accused us of stealing their one of pool towels. On the first day of our stay, they had indeed provided 2 pool towels, which we had used and had been taken by their housekeeper during housekeeping. However, they only provided 1 pool towel yesterday, but we did not request any extra since only one of our members went swimming. In the end, they charged us 350 baht for stealing/losing their pool towel, even though they did not provide the complete set of 2 in the first place. Before I checked out, I also witnessed the group in front of me who were also accused of stealing their towel, which they were charged 100 baht. The group insisted that they had even brought their own towels and never used the hotel’s, but were nevertheless forced to pay the compensation fee even because we had no proof that the housekeeping did not provide the complete set in the first place. I strongly suspect that we were being scammed by the hotel staff on this, because this is a relatively decent and nicer hotel, and proper guests were staying here. There’s absolutely no reason for any of us to be stealing their towels. If I couldn’t even afford a towel, I would not be staying here at all. And if it had only been us falling victim to this, my suspicions would not have been this strong but it is too much of a coincidence for both groups to be accused of stealing their towels. On an additional note, they were not even able to provide a complete set of towels for us 4pax when we called to request, because there weren’t enough to go around (according to them). They could’ve also easily use this against us and accuse us of stealing the bath towels too, and we would not have been able to prove ourselves either. My only mistake was not requesting a receipt for the compensation fee that I had to pay, but I don’t think it would’ve made much of a difference. I have lodged an official complaint anyway via Trip to hopefully prevent future incidents. Just want to put this out here to warn others who are considering staying here in the future. Avoid if you don’t want to ruin a nice hotel experience by leaving with a sour taste in your mouth. Truly a shame that the level of service and integrity of the staffs did not live up to the standards of the hotel.

单人间配备一张单人床，非常适合一人入住。空调制冷效果好，而且很省电。此外，浴室也很宽敞。不过，浴室里的洗漱用品只有洗发水、护发素、毛巾和吹风机。后来我发现床和毯子上有一些污渍，但考虑到这个价位的房间，我觉得可以接受。对于独自旅行的人来说，这样的房间很不错。这次去合艾，我尝试了两种房型。我住的是双人间，房间宽敞舒适，设施也更齐全。房卡系统使用起来也很方便。但是酒店临街，所以晚上会听到很多歌声，对噪音比较敏感的人可能不太适合。

還行 旁邊就是711，走路100米。酒店不錯，尤其是外面看着不錯，泳池也好，還有個簡易健身設施。屋裡差點意思，沒有牙刷拖鞋。可能是因為在一樓，特別多的螞蟻很小蟲子。總體可以，介意螞蟻的可能要讓他給你升到高一點的樓層。離機場很近，走路15分鐘。打車Grab要110泰銖，不太合適。

價格合理，位置各方面都還可以 但飯店房間的牆壁隔音效果較差，在房間裡，我們可以清楚地聽到走廊上的人說話。尤其是半夜，如果有人走路、說話，就太吵了，難以入睡。

My family and I often visit Hatyai on weekends to savor the delicious Thai cuisine, but this was our first time choosing this hotel since our usual place was fully booked. Staying here changed our perspective; if we return to Hatyai, we’ll definitely pick this hotel again. Cleanliness is clearly a top priority for them, and the staff is very welcoming, even allowing us to check in early. Plus, the hotel’s location is fantastic, as it’s right next to Lee Garden.
