我們非常喜歡在 Casa 33 Hatyai 的住宿體驗！飯店設計簡約現代，乾淨整潔，既時尚又溫馨。房間一塵不染，設施齊全，而且因為配備了高檔盥洗用品，所以聞起來非常舒適。床也超舒服。
飯店員工熱情友好，樂於助人，讓我們感覺賓至如歸。從入住到退房，服務都無可挑剔。小型泳池和飯店內的咖啡廳也讓人倍感驚喜。從佈局到裝飾，一切都經過精心設計。強烈推薦給情侶或任何想要在合艾體驗精品酒店的人！

躺躺平の豬豬地點就在合艾中央麥德龍超市附近。
雖然可以步行，但至少要走10-15分鐘，沒有遮雨棚😅
除此之外，他們不會幫你把行李放到行李寄放處，只是指個方向，但指示得不清楚。
總的來說還行，只是短途旅行🤣

JJinnieeee真不错！🤩酒店员工一直都很友好热情，前台接待员看起来和听起来都很亲切！酒店位置离利园和金容公园都不远，是年轻人的理想之选👍🏻
不过我不太推荐家庭入住，因为酒店只能接待小型旅行团。最重要的是，浴室没有防滑垫，地面湿滑时很容易滑倒😔

Ccreammerry单人间配备一张单人床，非常适合一人入住。空调制冷效果好，而且很省电。此外，浴室也很宽敞。不过，浴室里的洗漱用品只有洗发水、护发素、毛巾和吹风机。后来我发现床和毯子上有一些污渍，但考虑到这个价位的房间，我觉得可以接受。对于独自旅行的人来说，这样的房间很不错。这次去合艾，我尝试了两种房型。我住的是双人间，房间宽敞舒适，设施也更齐全。房卡系统使用起来也很方便。但是酒店临街，所以晚上会听到很多歌声，对噪音比较敏感的人可能不太适合。

訪訪客用戶一切都很好,房間乾淨,條件很好,喜歡是大堂,咖啡味道很好聞,離中央哈泰很近,步行距離150m左右。雖然朝主路的路晚上有點安靜黑暗,酒店週邊有很多免費停車場。
強烈推薦酒店提供的早餐,咖啡、米洛、水果茶免費流,只需要THB119/set,提供的主菜很好吃,它的價值絕對比我們支付的錢多。
唯一不爽的是房間沒有走廊的隔音。如果酒店能提供更多的枕頭,那將是它的加分項。
總的來說,我在這家酒店度過了愉快的時光。一定會回來推薦的。

訪訪客用戶I checked out from the hotel some time after 8am, and upon inspection of the room, their housekeeper and front desk accused us of stealing their one of pool towels. On the first day of our stay, they had indeed provided 2 pool towels, which we had used and had been taken by their housekeeper during housekeeping. However, they only provided 1 pool towel yesterday, but we did not request any extra since only one of our members went swimming. In the end, they charged us 350 baht for stealing/losing their pool towel, even though they did not provide the complete set of 2 in the first place.
Before I checked out, I also witnessed the group in front of me who were also accused of stealing their towel, which they were charged 100 baht. The group insisted that they had even brought their own towels and never used the hotel’s, but were nevertheless forced to pay the compensation fee even because we had no proof that the housekeeping did not provide the complete set in the first place.
I strongly suspect that we were being scammed by the hotel staff on this, because this is a relatively decent and nicer hotel, and proper guests were staying here. There’s absolutely no reason for any of us to be stealing their towels. If I couldn’t even afford a towel, I would not be staying here at all. And if it had only been us falling victim to this, my suspicions would not have been this strong but it is too much of a coincidence for both groups to be accused of stealing their towels.
On an additional note, they were not even able to provide a complete set of towels for us 4pax when we called to request, because there weren’t enough to go around (according to them). They could’ve also easily use this against us and accuse us of stealing the bath towels too, and we would not have been able to prove ourselves either.
My only mistake was not requesting a receipt for the compensation fee that I had to pay, but I don’t think it would’ve made much of a difference. I have lodged an official complaint anyway via Trip to hopefully prevent future incidents.
Just want to put this out here to warn others who are considering staying here in the future. Avoid if you don’t want to ruin a nice hotel experience by leaving with a sour taste in your mouth. Truly a shame that the level of service and integrity of the staffs did not live up to the standards of the hotel.

但飯店房間的牆壁隔音效果較差，在房間裡，我們可以清楚地聽到走廊上的人說話。尤其是半夜，如果有人走路、說話，就太吵了，難以入睡。
