Your Private space (3000sq feet) is a bright and spacious second level unit in a two unit house. You will have access through the Private Entrance up the stairs on the back side of the house. We are Located in a gated community just minutes from several of the island's most beautiful beaches and El Yunque Rainforest. *The other unit is downstairs and smaller, accommodating up to 4 ppl, it is called "Garden Hideaway". It is available for whole house rentals sleeping up to 14 people. Come live on "Island Time" with fun coastal décor and ocean views. Be enchanted by the song of the Coqui while you relax on the balcony on the porch swing, or lounging in the Adirondack chairs. A peaceful and fun trip for the whole family!Shared spaces on the property are - the patio with the laundry, and the side yard next to the house. Take a walk in the yard and find, coconuts, passion fruit and avocados when in season.When inside you will find a ton of space for everyone with two large bedrooms both having King size beds, a fun and unique built in bunk room with 4 twin beds. There is an extra large living area and dining area combined equipped with a large television, a game table, a pool table and a long family dining table. And as you enter the living space you will see the large kitchen to your left with a large island for gathering and cooking and lots of storage space, and two sinks.Then head outside and enjoy the large wrap around balcony with beautiful views of the neighborhood and peak-a-boo views of Luquillo and the Atlantic Ocean beyond. Listen to the sounds of the rain forest, like some Endemic Birds (found only in Puerto Rico) and the song of the Coqui. There are also some free roaming chickens and roosters as well as the neighbors flock. Enjoy a peaceful stay at our Garden getaway! Located as the lower unit of a two unit house, with private parking and private entrance in the front of the house. Walk into your open air large kitchen where you can cook on the grill, the smoker, OR the stove. Make coffee in the open air and take it to the sofa swing as you listen to the morning song of the forest. Let the forest sounds lull you into a blissful vacation trance. This property is in a private neighborhood that is close to the rainforest (about 10 min away) AND the Beach (about 10 min away). It is also only 45 minutes drive to San Juan. *We do recommend having a car at this location for travel freedom.* This property is the lower level of a two story home. The upstairs is also a vacation rental, that has a separate entrance and parking area. It is possible you will hear or meet other guests during your stay.Both bedrooms are inside with their own lock-able door. Inside each bedroom is a large King size bed, Air Conditioning and a TV for nights when you want to relax and keep cool. There are two bathrooms, both with a spa like shower. There is a washer and a dryer on the back patio of the house for guests. This is the area shared with other guests, along with the Large side yard next to the house, where you can find, coconuts and parcha (passion fruit) and Avocados when in season. Relax in the large living room, with comfortable furniture and a dreamy large swinging couch.Here you will hear the Coqui and different birds and lizards, *don't be surprised if an iguana traipses through the yard. There are also many free roaming chickens and roosters as well as the neighbors own flocks. There are also some sweet neighborhood cats roaming about occasionally.
