Outside the resort, 12 km from the centre, in a quiet, elevated position, 30 m from the lake, located by a road, in the countryside, in the woods. Private: property 1'300 m2 (fenced). Fireplace (sandbox), bathing jetty. In the house: storage room for bicycles. Motor access to the house (1.8 km via unmade road). Parking at the house.
