高級房才有免費飲料和提供熱水壺跟杯子 標準房小很多但仍有冷暖空調和吹風機也有浴缸 設施和服務都很好 早餐除了固定的品項也可點餐 大廳一直都有熱茶 走到市中心大概10到15分鐘 附近就有餐廳跟商店還有市場 按摩比外面貴但品質也有比較好 晚上會鎖大門但是按電鈴會開門

Service was great and the manager tried very hard to help. However, amenities and maintenance need a complete overhaul. Drainage system was malfunctioning, lift was not not working sometimes. No hot water in the morning, if you wanna to a shower in the morning, forget it.

I stayed at this hotel twice; in between I went to Macchu Pichu and left the baggage at the hotel. Location wise - it’s very central with a PeruRail office next door albeit the other ones are not too far. Reception is 24hr and there is a nice courtyard with a restaurant as well as a common area with a kitchen at the back. I stayed in the Teepee tent on both occasions; first time the rate was more affordable at around gbp40/night. In July, the night gets cold. But the tent does have additional blankets and a heater. This worked except on the last night as it seems it stopped in middle of the night. Without the heater, the room was quite cold. The common bathroom is at the back; the showers are ok and you get enough privacy. I noticed the hot water does take a while to come through. I left the baggage in the storage - no issues. Overall good but for same price bracket I would try somewhere else.

The rooms were clean and comfortable with a storage heater and hot shower. About 10 minutes walk to the main square. However, when we arrived it was a little strange for us when the receptionist said that we didn't have a booking there even though we had and I had the confirmation receipt to show him. He wasn't responsive until I called Trip.com online service, and then he continued looking and said that he actually found it, so maybe be aware of this happening when you arrive. It was also a little strange that after they checked us in, we had a lot of luggage and staff showed us to the rooms that were quite a walk away and up one set of stairs and two sets of elevators, that they didn't help with anything of the bags. We only noticed this as we had much better service in other hotels in Cusco.

讓我從正面開始,時尚的設計,就像廣告中的圖片一樣,從進入酒店到休息區到陽台到房間,都很好。 但是如果你不開車到這裏,出去,從廣場回來,特別是如果你有行李或揹包,那麼你需要準備好樓梯,每個人都喘不過氣來。 衛生間有菸斗冒出來的氣味,對於這個老房子來說是正常的,如果你沒事的話。 我在201房間,隔音不存在,能聽到汽車經過,狗叫,晚上聚會回來的客人,遊客歡呼和離開酒店旅行在凌晨3點半,沒有睡太多。 最失望的是熱水,下午到的爬樓梯,希望在出門吃飯前能快速淋浴,站在浴室等5分鐘熱水,被告知是工作人員熱水已經出來,他們正在試圖修復,喝完飲料回來,仍然沒有熱水,很晚了所以沒有打電話給工作人員,試圖在早上7點退房之前淋浴,在另一個好的5分鐘後,熱水仍然沒有可用...嘆氣

我們訂了兩間‑臥室公寓,共用一間浴室實用的佈局,適合家庭。爐子一開始有點習慣,但我們很快就明白了。廚房裏備有大量的具和餐具。 步行8‑分鐘到阿瑪斯廣場;漫步溫和,對到達庫斯科後海拔適應有幫助。樓下就是超市,在早‑晨彩虹山徒步或徒步之前,拿起食品雜貨準備餐點,非常方便。有一點要注意:這家物業在退房後不提供行李寄存。

I guess it was decent for value for money however, the service was not good as there’s a major language barrier. I do not recommend it if you don’t speak Spanish. Even with a translator a lot was misunderstood and no one went out of their way to help.

酒店位於庫斯科市中心，距離武器廣場步行10分鐘，附近很多餐廳和換匯店。房間乾淨整潔，臨街的房間能聽到一點車流聲。

乾淨，位於中心位置，靠近中央市場和主廣場，非常方便！女主人非常友好和樂於助人，儘管她不會說英語，但她總是很努力地使用谷歌翻譯應用程式與我交流，沒有任何問題。
