尋找特拉帕尼 3 星級飯店

Servizio eccellente, tutto il personale molto gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo mangiato molto bene al loro ristorante con la maggior parte delle materie prime di loro produzione. La colazione è discreta, dovrebbe essere più varia per quanto riguarda i dolci. Una nota negativa per il bagno, almeno il nostro era senza bidet e la pulizia della stanza potrebbe essere migliorata.

位置很好，離哪兒都很方便，酒店附近也很安全，房間面積很大，有獨立廚房和餐廳（但是我們衹住一晚來不及使用了），房間很乾凈，睡的很舒服。特拉帕尼是一個舒適的海濱小鎮，希望未來有機會還能來這裏遊玩！

Ubicazione b&b in centro storico a 50 MT dalla via principale. La camera pulita con scrivania frigo, bottiglia di vino a disposizione, a pagamento, macchina da caffè, bollitore d'acqua con diversi tipi di tè. In ogni piano é presente un cucinino a disposizione degli ospiti. Colazione buona con molta scelta. Ragazza reception molto gentile e disponibile.

The room was nice and cosy. The location was right in the city. The breakfast was good. However, I found that the elevator was not working, so I had to carry 2 big luggages up stairs myself. I reported this problem via trip.com because this was only way I had. After that, I came down and found a female staff and told her about the elevator. She said, was it me who report the problem? I said yes. She told me to report to her boss next time and looked a little bit in a bad mood. After that the elevator worked properly. Next day morning, I was going to check-out. The elevator was not working again and I had to carry the luggages down through the stairway again. I didn’t need to waste my time to come down to tell the morning staff or call her boss. In conclution… Room : good Location : good Price : good Breakfast: good Morning Staff : good Evening Staff : Needs a bit more training. Elevator : Must be ready to use all time

Hotel fidèle à ces photos et à son descriptif. A 14 minutes de voiture de l'aéroport de Trapani. Nous avons passons une après midi et une nuit parfaite. Service de l'apéro au bord de la piscine et petit déjeuner pris sur place. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour.
